LarderRoom...Hit up Kohl's looking for some workout gear and a new suit. This place has everything. The selection is great but the prices can be a little shocking. Keep an eye out for sales BOGOs, Clearance Racks and always use the Kohls's Cash! The bathrooms are clean. Staff is helpful! Now go find a good deal!
Went in to buy a pair of men's shorts with husband, clothes on floor or drapped over clothes rack. Sizes, brands, and sale items mixed all together. No one around to help find things. Only 2 cashiers and over 10 people waiting in line.
I don't like their distribution centers. They aren't clean and every coworker I have worked with at their Monroe facility didn't wash their hands. Their doctor's office wouldn't let you take no for an awnser about the flu shot. AlSO the management likes to hunt you down every five minutes threatening your job if you don't work their even if your have only been their a week. I will not shop in any of your stores and I WILL NOT work in any of your distributions ever again. Btw your seasonal managers at that distribution place liked to sleep with their OWN EMPLOYEES IN THE DARKEST OF ISLES WHERE YOU SHIP PACKAGES!
This Kohl's is giant, and it is the first place I've found good, supportive pillows! And for a reasonable price! Cashier was friendly too
Really helpful store manager at this outlet. Made it a pleasure to shop there.
The customer service manager was absolutely awful to deal with. I had problem with self pickup order because one of the orders was missing But the manager or employee her name was Pamela an older slender woman instead of helping me she gave me a hard time. Her attitude was very bad toward me and I left the store with tears.
Great place for holiday shopping especially, but also a very solid retailer the rest of the year as well. They operate on the "perpetually discounted inventory + incentivized loyalty program" business model and most of the time it works. Also, well I can't back this up with any objective, empirical data, it does seem to me that over the past decade or so the quality of their products has increased. Clothing seems to be better designed, HomeGoods have just a general better feel, and appliances and kitchen ware all seems closer and quality to Macy's then it used to be.
I placed a product on hold at Sephora in another Kohl's store location. Sephora representative gave me ample time to pick it up that day. I was so appreciative. While in route, there was road work ahead and a detour. I had no clue where I was. My GPS got me to the store, even though I wasn't certain if it was the right location. To my surprise it was and the product was available upon my arrival. Thank you Kohl's. I enjoy doing business with you and Sephora.
Even when busy the staff is efficient and friendly and always helpful. Store is clean and organized
This kohls is always clean and friendly staff. Great customer service. Super excited to have the Sephora in now! Perfect stop for all my Beauty needs!
