The merchandise that used to be in this store is just no longer there. The coupons and discounts are very helpful. The checkout staff are very helpful and kind. But I have no interest in a huge Sephora dept. I want bedding, rugs, purses and a good selection of clothes for young kids and for myself. I found merchandise that I come to Kohls for very sparse.
We here with my mama, it's always nice to buy makeup or purses maybe shoes but the closes for the old folks ‍
The only thing I would really brag about is the young lady who rang up my purchase. She was most helpful and I tried to get online to give her a positive review. Her name is MS. K at store 0472. I downloaded the app but it would not allow me to give survey. Kohls needs to have ways for customers to contact them other than by phone.
The sales lady Jenny not only located the curtains I was looking for but made excellent suggests as which to buy and they look great and to top all that they were on sale.
Kohls is the best retail store. How often do you visit a store buy something get money back. These days that is great.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I especially appreciate Cherish for helping me over the phone and putting items on hold for me to pickup.
Not happy with lack of selection at Kohl's. I used to go there weekly, now very rarely at all. Miss K is always a sweetheart at checkout. Glad she is still there.
My experience with this specific location today 5/7/23 was calling in for a simple question. EE that goes by the name Rhonda answered the phone and asked what she could help me with. It started out by me asking about women's sunglasses and then about not even halfway she put me on hold. Nobody answered after holding and then she was back on the phone with me for the second time. She answered as if I was a new caller and I said "You put me on hold" and her response "ok" in a rude way. This definitely is not the best practice in relations. My suggestion for the future, let the customer at least finish their sentence and then help them or in this case forward on. Just a suggestion.
Michelle was very helpful. She taught me about new products to purchase now and in the future!
