Great selections, a bit of everything for the home, and huge clothing selection.
This store is ALWAYS well lit with jazzy uplifting music... very inviting. My Soulmate and her Daughters love this store.
We had a lady verbally assault, my 7 year old daughter, and I in line while we are trying to check out to the point where my daughter was in tears. We were not aided by any of the staff standing there. I had to get in a verbal confrontation with the lady to get her to stop saying inappropriate things to my daughter, and we just left will not be going back there ever again, if they allow trash like that in their stores.
I’ve always loved shopping here. It’s great for people that don’t want to spend a whole bunch of money but still get a few pairs of clothes! There’s normally sales a lot of the time and plus Kohls Cash helps too. The workers here are always really nice!
I was recently at Kohl's in Traverse City to exchange a Hoover Smart Wash Hose. I was given the wrong hose in packaging. I explained to the Manager what happened. The Manager was extremely courteous and professional. He opened a new Smart Wash Cleaner box and took out the hose and exchanged it. No hassles and was able to clean my couch the same day. Thanks Bill
I have been a Kohls shopper for many years, and I am always happy with this store. Great prices and incentives, friendly cashiers, nice merchandise and easy returns.
Great sephora store. Christina is my go-to girl over there. She always has great advice on products. She's very friendly, very attentive, and she knows how to make you feel special. She's helped me find some great sunscreen and foundation. And I get picky!!! Ulta who?
Really enjoy everytime I shop there!! John the manager had helped me on a few occasions. Sue, a cashier and works in the back...Customer service/Returns is absolutely wonderful!! Cathy, a cashier was very sweet to me. I was one of the last customers last night at 9pm. I apologized for being so last minute and she was soooo sweet and said, thank you for saying that. But, really don't worry about it!! It made me feel a little better, I still always feel for the staff when customers literally wait until the very last minute to checkout. I've worked myself several years in retail and absolutely known what it's like when customers do that...also my first transactions were Amazon returns and 1 Kohls return. She was also VERY FRIENDLY AND ALSO HELPED me regarding my Kohls return. Because I had bought 2 pair of men's shorts. Same style. Different colors. There was a little confusion on my part if I had the proper receipt. She figured it all out for me and still maintained a very pleasant helpful attitude. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. She works in Returns quite often because she's helped me before and was always very pleasant and personable!!! I absolutely believe in mentioning good service. I feel most customer literally mostly complain never a thought of the employees themselves. That's just not right!! So, everyone at Kohls a HUGE THANK YOU!! My mom always shopped there and I do as well...absolutely because of there excellent service!!! I feel these days the one major thing separating similar business is there customer service. To me. That's always important and I'm even willing to pay a little more because I know I'll get very good service!!
Good back to school sales going on. Sales associate was friendly as always the store was clean and well organized.
Cassy and Lizzy were absolutely amazing and very welcoming to some drag queens from metro Detroit witch is hard to find in an area like this! THANK YOU!
