It's Khols. The employees are pretty cool. I shop here often. It gets really busy on the weekend mornings but they always have enough cashiers. Be prepared for them to hound you about applying for the store credit card. The clothing is always folded nice the store is never a mess. I like the name brand choices. I like the amount of dressing rooms they have. The bathrooms aren't usually disgusting. You can't say that much about other surrounding stores. I'm not always a fan of how pricey things can be but they always have coupons and promotions so that's how I combat that. You can't use their coupons on the name brands. But you can use your khols cash on those brands like Nike. I like that you can do Amazon returns and get an instant 5 dollar coupon that's good starting that day.

I bought 3 pairs of Levi jeans and gave them a 30% off coupon that I got in the mail. I got home and looked at my receipt and found that they didn't take 30% off the Levi's. I called them and they said the coupon excludes Levi's. I got on-line  and found the exact same pair of jeans $20.00 cheaper per pair!!! I found two flannel shirts that I purchased also at $17.00 cheaper per shirt!!! Talk about price gouging!!! I took these items back to the store to return them only to find out that they can't credit my debit card because I initially used my Kohl's charge to earn the points and then I turned right around and paid it off with my debit card. I was told that I can only have store credit! Why would I want store credit when I can go somewhere else and get the same items for WAY cheaper than the Kohl's store! The credit would be almost $300.00!!! After discussing how ridiculous this is, I was then told by another customer service lady that I can call Kohl's customer service and talk to them about sending me a refund check in the mail! I will NEVER shop at Kohl's again!!!

This Kohl's has usually been a great place. I did have one problem with an employee not allowing me to use a coupon, but the issue was resolved online. Pricey, but there's always a discount of some sort so keep your eye out!

I just left Kohl’s after having a very bad experience. I was being waited on at the cash register by a very pleasant young lady who was trying to scan my coupons and for some reason the rewards were not scanning. she could clearly see the expiration date had not passed it didnt expire until December but for some reason it wasn’t working. She asked the lady next to her for help. This lady kept telling her to scan it again which she did several times.  it still would not work so the other lady walked away from her register over to me in my personal space reached in and tried to pull my phone from my hand so she could look at the coupon.  She didn’t ask if she could see my phone she just grabbed for it …at which time I backed up because she was directly in my face and her hands weee on my phone almost like she’s trying to pull it from me.  I looked at her and said you just can’t walk up and try to pull my phone out of my hand without asking to see it.  She stepped back and exclaimed quite loudly the other patrons in line and cashiers heard her say to me, “you stupid!” At that point in time I calmly asked for the manager. The manager handled the coupon situation. And then told me she would take the lady to the back to reprimand her for her actions and for what she said.  I hope that she does reprimand her, for no one else should have to go through this. If this lady is the representative of Kohl’s first line customer experience then it is very sad she should not be allowed to be near customers.   She is rude, loud, and volatile and it was a very scary situation to have to deal with.  Until I am assured that she is no longer a representative of customer service at Kohl’s I will not frequent this establishment again.

This place has some of the worst operators at the registers ever. Customer service so bad it is riddiculous. The Sephora store inside is kept in a terrible way brokem items and testers, everything quite dirty

Just not what it used to be.  Prices are ALOT higher.  They've gotten rid of or scaled way back on some good brands of clothes, and seem to think Sephora is the best thing going!

Great selections.  Like the sales alot.

Great deal on Men's dress clothes! Saved a ton over other stores. Easy in easy out.

No longer have drive up still have parking spots though now have to wander to back off store for self pickup. Cancel out of stock pickup orders rather than offering to ship.

Always have  loved shopping at kohls brings back wonderful memories of shopping with my grandma Vicki was her favorite place to shop! They  always have great deals and sales plus the kohl’s cash you earn!
