Wonderful experience with the cashier at Kohl's on my recent visit. She went above and beyond duty to help me with my purchase and to get the proper discount and then helped me renew my Kohl's charge. Also she told me if I wanted to buy anything additional it would be an added 35% off my purchase so I spent another $100. The store manager should definitely promote this worker and she could train employees how to treat customers and sell more.
The store was clean, the staff was friendly, the ladies room needed some serious cleaning. I did bring this to the attention of 2 employees and both said they would have the issue addressed. I did not check before leaving to see if the issues in the ladies room was taken care of. I certainly hope it was. If there's a next time, I will check before leaving.

I've been here a few times and each time, every single employee is incredibly nice!! Either they all enjoy working there or are really good actors, haha!
Your typical Kohls Clean, friendly and always empty Went looking for some work boots They don't have any as you can see by the picture's Nice store, friendly staff I found a pair of sketchers hiking boots that would double as work boots. Nice selection, but also not many to choose from. Used my coupon and received an additional 20 percent off my shoes 89 bucks for a pair of work shoes Not a bad deal
I have only one or twice shopped at this store and was greeted with a smile or asked can I help you find something or if I asked didn't feel as if they really wanted to help. I have started to shop online to avoid a negative experience. I love the items I purchase just not the customer service I receive from employees at this store.
Kohl's parking lot is well lite and ample. The store Always have a great temperature. The staff is all over, willing to help and always with a smile. I was in the clearance section some of the prices were not marked. I asked an employee whom was helping another customer and she said she would be back in a few minutes. I waited and less than a minute later she was back to assist me. The store is split into sections with the men's to the right follow by kitchen and the bedding. To the left we have misses, petites, kids, toys and customer service. The middle is jewelry, lingerie, young adults and electronics. Kohl's have excellent discount programs Yes2You Rewards, Kohl's cash.... Not like others were you need to buy something extra to get the money... At Kohl's all you need to do is buy what you need. If you have a $10 Kohl's cash and you purchase an $8 item is Okay.... Currently the store is having up to .70% off. The bathroom facilities are extremely clean.
I went in there looking for a socks underwear and white handkerchiefs and got what I wanted with the help of a very personable sales lady! She took me to the salesman that was in the men's department and pointed me in the right direction to find my white handkerchiefs which are very hard to find! They were very helpful personal and professional!
I needed 1 belt. Kohl's wants me to buy 2 belts, offering 50% off the second belt. That is no deal when you only need one. Why don't they offer 25% off if I only purchase one? I didn't want to over-pay for one belt, so I did not buy any. I'll shop elsewhere, where they don't play these stupid games to try to trick you into buying more than you need.
My son and I went there today for a necklace chain my son saw online. Gillian a store associate at Kohl's was absolutely wonderful! She took her time in helping my boy find exactly what he wanted. She showed us a variety of different chains, walked us over to the glass case, as well as, the jewelry racks in the store. She was so kind and has great energy! She even walked us to the cash register so my son was able to leave his new chain on with the charm he brought to make sure it fit. She even gave us great tips on how to clean his old chain. I would highly recommend her for a promotion or something special. She truly is exceptional and the epitome of great customer service!! Clone her!! ~Thanks Irene PS. I will let you know how the cleaning trick worked Gillian, I will come visit on the night shift.
