The sales person that rang my purchases was very helpful. She was knowledgeable and helped me by answering my questions about the items I had chosen. She made me feel relaxed about the $ I just spent. Great lady. Her name is a”Barb”. What a nice lady!
Store had nice goods to purchase especially the fall blankets. There is Disney and many others. Great Stuff at Sephora too! Shopping will be easy this year for the holidays at Kohls
I ordered online for a pick up order. I didn't realize I was supposed to wait for a second email. The staff was very understanding and very helpful! I'm very happy with the customer service I received. They went above and beyond.
Incompetent management. No sign for Amazon returns when you walk in so I waited in customer service line for 20min. When it was finally my turn, she said you have to go to the back of the store for Amazon returns. I recommended they put a sign up. She got sassy and said there is a sign. I showed her there was no sign. She got defensive and said somone must have forgot to put it up. She didn't even care to correct the issue for future patrons so you'll likely experience the same thing.
Was able to find what I wanted which was a new complete set of towels. However, the checkout experience was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The cashier, Nazha asked if I had a Kohl's card, I said no. She asked if I wanted to open one, I said no. She then delayed me from completing my purchase by asking me over and over and over again to open a Kohl's charge. I answered no every single time for a total of 7 times. I even went so far as to say just finish my checkout. I will NOT be shopping here ever again. Nazha should be fired. She is a horrible person to try and force people to open cards just so she can get credit and rewards for new cards opened.
Everything was pretty organized in the intimates and sportswear departments. Sometimes, it looks like someone picked up all the panties on the tables and just threw them around. I did organize them a little bit while I was going through them but I was pretty happy with the inventory on hand for a change. The super clearance sale was disappointing this time around for me but meh...I didn't need anything anyway.
Kohls used to be one of my favorite stores to shop in but now I can see why your having problems with stuff! I was in today you used to carry a brand called Croft and Barrel it was a good brand in shirts I’d buy my husband, you no longer carry it, so I did buy something else but I told the girl at the register I think the quality of clothes has gone down??? She said no I think we’re carrying name brands now but I noticed the brands your carrying are all for young kid while the age of your shoppers are basically 30 and over!
Due to a mobility accident, haven’t been in a store for several months. Pleasantly surprised by the remodel of a nearby store. So glad they had shopping carts available so I could support myself while shopping!
Store is clean, employees are nice, selection is terrible. Half of what used to be there. I want to shop at the local stores but when they don't have anything I am looking for I have to go on line. And i don't go to the store website if they can't carry it in the store i won't shop their on line store. t's a shame.
Wow.... Just wow. Greeted by the mask + Santitizer attendant. And he also doubled as a concierge, guiding me to the Amazon drop off. Next T. J. a Kohl's employee staffed the Amazon return desk. Scanned my QR code Provided a Reciept and a instant 25% off in store purchase. So instead of losing money to Amazon sales, they are wise enough to entice you with in store savings. So I've been eye balling the blue diamond As Seen on TV fame. Not only do they sell individual pieces they sold a complete set with glass lids and some utensils for $139 Thankfully Victoria wss nearby in the show department, scanned the barcode, told me the price and told me about some in store incentives. Then...... Walked me to the register to assure a complete and wonderful experience. But wait..... there's more. I was next in line and the cashier Wiped & sanitized the Pre sale counter Bagging area Credit card area + screens Wow! Then Karla welcomed me, Tori shared some promos with Karla to share on my purchase plus my Amazon voucher for 25% off. Out the door $103 My services were so extraordinary that I sought out the manager to give her praise on a well-run well-oiled efficient machine. Jean was thrilled, that someone stopped and took the time to share good news. Well of course, we all need good news these days. 26 mile Kohl's is truly above + beyond.
