Went shopping for every day long sleeve shirts for the winter season. Most of the shirts that were there were short sleeve. The few long sleeve I did find were very expensive. Example: Every day sweatshirt regular price $60, on sale for 46. Way too expensive for a sweatshirt. Walked the women’s section twice trying to find what I came for. Left with a pair of earrings. Got to the register, which there was only two open, one was busy with a customer problem. When it was my turn I tried to pay with $100 bill. She said don’t you have anything smaller. By then I was really mad and just went back into my purse to search for a smaller bill. Not a good shopping experience at all. Don’t think I will be coming back here. Way too expensive for every day clothing even with the sale prices. I will try Boscov’s tomorrow.
I ordered shoes online while in the store- I had a better coupon this way. Had all 3 kids with me and they refused to let me take the shoes home. They said that I needed to wait the 2 hrs to process te order. Funny thing- I received an email about 30 minutes later after leaving. Unreal.
The only stocking stuffer display here is primarily for activities involving alcohol consumption, and the ones that don't, won't fit in a stocking. Apparently they no longer carry Croft & Barrow products, and the quality of the clothes that have replaced this brand are not impressive. The only reason that this gets even One Star is because the staff are friendly, efficient, and helpful.
I was just actually in close today I found a couple of good bargains I have coupons at my $5 birthday coupon then I had to spend 25 get 10 off and I also got additional 20% off which was great my total in the beginning was $55 at the coupons it came down the $23.86 I love a bargain but mine disappointment is in the fact there weren't a lot of registers open and the lines started from the registers and went all the way back to the bathrooms that was ridiculous and it was only three cashiers I know we are going to do some rough times now but sometime there should be a system where people who are on the floor should come up and help the cashiers so get the customers out ASAP versus standing in line for about 20 minutes or more
Parked at the side entrance in the rain at dusk and didn't find out till I got up to the doors that the side doors were closed and I had to use the main entrance. Didn't feel safe. Won't be back anytime soon.
People were nice and helpful but the store didn't have enough people on to handle the customers. People were doing a good job handling the big lines.
Nice store like other Kohls. Can always find something you need, were or weren't looking for. Always enjoy shopping there.
Love kholes, sometime the racks are over stuffed and it makes shopping overwhelming. If something is incorrectly priced they just say oh well, do you still want it.
Chris the manager at the Kohls in colonie was awful to his staff and customers. I have never witnessed a manager berate staff the way I did last night. I was appalled at his behavior. He also spoke to me that way. Chris at Colonie Kohls in NY is the reason any other staff member is cranky there. They are afraid of him.
Waited in line to check out for 40 minutes and there was only 9 people in line ahead of me. They had only 2 cashier that moved like snails when the manager saw the long line forming he called for more cashiers and none came. After like 15 more minutes he started cashing people out. Poor management
