It is always great to shop here. There always have a good collection at great prices. Once we picked up 2 cardigans with different price tags so the "Buy one for listed price and get the other one for half" could not be applied by the system. We told the cashier that we couldn't find another with the same price tag - she was kind enough to give us a 25% discount.
Shopped this store looking for a women's winter coat as a Christmas gift. After looking around for 15 minutes I needed assistance to locate the coats. I could not find any associate to assist me. I ask a cashier if she could get some assistance and she told me to look around out on the floor. After eventually finding an associate I ask if she could tell me where I could locate the women's coats and she told me "they are in the women's department" She never offered to assist me beyond that. I looked around the department and found a few coats that were of interest but they had no price tag on them. I eventually gave up and left the store. There went an hour of life that I'll never get back!
This Kohl’s needs to get their marketing skills together they have sales signs posted for items that are not even there. The manager Tammy was rude as hell and didn’t correct the mistake instead she questioned us and had a very bad attitude. Even talking to her employee who was just trying to help very poorly. Wouldn’t recommend shopping at the Perrysburg location, most of the employees just walk away from you when you tell them you have a question.
Returned an Amazon there. It was so very fast and efficient pluse they give you a coupon for 25% off your next Kohl's in store purchase but it does have a time limit on it.
The Kohl's off of Fremont exit is very nice. I was in there the other day, looking for a particular item and probably to others, looked a bit lost. An employee noticed me and asked me if I found everything I was looking for! I replied with, "no, I'm sorry, but I can't find a particular cami." She actually took the steps to find another employee that could meet with me and then direct me to the exact area I needed to be. In addition, I noticed this particular store looked very neat and organized in appearance regarding their clothing. The other Kohl's store in the Toledo area are always messy, disorganized, and nobody around to help assist me.
It's a very clean store unfortunate part they are always out of anything my size. But way nicer and cleaner than the one by spring meadows
The stock of clothing for people that aren't athletic is poor at best. The clearance are didn't have much. I was able to search through the store and piece together an outfit but I'm not happy at all with what they had.
Staff is very nice but store seems very low on inventory. The sephora store looks messy in the store. I don't enjoy shopping there anymore
Good store! Very friendly staff, the store is very organized and well kept and there's always great deals!
Went in the morning and it was already a disaster. The employees putting clothes back from the dressing rooms didn't put them back neatly or in the right spot. Nothing was folded and there were regular priced items in with the 50% off and clearance. Clearance tags were not updated. The pictures weren't even the worst of it.
