First time returning an Amazon product through Kohl’s. Signage at front of store, including arrows, led me to the return/checkout counters. Long line. When I finally got to the head of the line the next available cashier turned and left her station without so much as acknowledging me, or putting up a sign to say lane closed.. Uncaring/rude in my opinion. Waited for the next open cashier who very pleasantly told me I was in the wrong area if I wanted to return through Amazon. She directed me to the back of the store. Being unfamiliar with this procedure I went to the far back corner of the store and waited in another line. Once again I made it to the front of the line where I was told I was in the wrong section. And I should go over in the bedding section and look for a small Amazon sign hanging from the ceiling. Found it. Expressed my frustration. And was told by the sales person that their signage is fine and all I had to do was follow it. I gave Kohl’s a rating of one star based on their poor signage/position of arrows. And a rather uninterested/defensive Company line on customer feedback. I had gone to the store to shop their sales, I hadn’t been here since before Covid,. I did not shop today and since I got along without Kohl’s These last couple years I don’t see any reason to return now.
Shocked by really high priced items. They have better quality in their products but due to the economy unfortunately I can't shop there as often as I would like to.
Not the selection it use to be. I think Sephora takes up too much space.
Not sure why I even shop here anymore. Everything is always on sale and still higher then you can find other places
Kohls personal are always helpful. The store is usually well stocked and always clean.
Made a killing with my 30% off coupon and Kohls Rewards. Only decent clothes shopping in the Stevens Point area.
Love the store and the ease of online ordering for pickup but wish you would continue the curbside pickup.
Sephora store inside is nice. Selection of clothes appears better than in the past. I wish the app would work better inside the store even with WiFi, but otherwise good experience.
I used to love shopping at Kohl’s. They had quality clothing for men at reasonable prices. When I found the style I liked it was always easy to find my size and buy two or three in different colors. Now the men’s clothing selection wasn’t very good. I couldn’t find much that I liked. When I did find something that I liked I couldn’t find it in the color or size that I needed. And what’s with the weird little carts that extend down to the floor? I’m 6’2”, I don’t want to bend down to the floor to pick up my items.
Lots of wonderful finds and great customer service.
