I lost something in the store and Wendy went above and beyond to help me; she was encouraging and compassionate. I encountered 3 employees while I was there and Wendy, Helen and Ann are sure team players. The store is organized and everyone is helpful. Very organized store with a tons of options to choose from. They added Sephora to their collection and besides buying regular clothes, we have used their Amazon drop off service which was super convenient.
Kohl's is a very decent department store. It seems they have some sort of sales going on at any given moment. Of course, it appears they have better sales around certain holidays such as Christmas and Memorial Day. Every $50 you spend you'll earn $5 Kohl's cash for future purchases if you are Kohl's Reward member, so make sure to sign up for it. Furthermore, if you use Kohl's Card, you'd receive additional discounts on your purchases. I believe Kohl's merchandise has gotten more expensive over the years, but so is everyone else's really. Well, I've often heard that in the free market society, the price is as good as you're willing to pay. Happy shopping!
Mark at the checkout was a cheerful and kind employee. He appreciates his job and enjoys what he does! Very friendly associate!
Checking out is brutal. Once a customer has coupons the line just gets longer and longer with 1 or 2 chasers. There are other jobs that need to be done, but as a retail manager myself there's no harm in pausing your task for 10 mins to get the line down.
I love all the deals and savings I get from kohls. I don’t love how dirty the dressing rooms are. Often I will just take everything home to try on or will go to a different location. I would understand if it was just cluttered with clothes, but the amount of dust and dirt on the floor is ridiculous.
I understand that you might be understaffed but everything was hard to look through because it was just a mess. Only two check outs open.

They have a good variety of clothes to try on and good prices. Checkout can be a little slow sometimes.
Kohls is a good store. They offer tons of clothing, housewares Items, makeup, etc. Store is vast, but its Messy! I was trying on shoes, and the boxes were all mixed up. I wanted Yoga pants...sizes were all out of order. Tried to buy makeup...lots of items out of stock... Maybe they are working on a skeleton crew? Still...overall, great cashiers and terrific sales...clean store,even if it was Haphazard.
