I had a wonderful experience at this Kohl's very recently. I had a slight issue with a product that was delivered to me, and everyone at the store assisted me 100% in getting the matter resolved. Alex at the counter was very courteous and professional in helping me with my purchase. Could not have been nicer! Then, Floor Manager, Shannon walked me over to the section where I wanted to decide on my purchase, and she offered opinions and advice on what I should focus my attention on I was buying a new vacuum cleaner. She was patient and friendly and I was grateful for the expertise. Finally, Store Manager, Fahim came out to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my purchase, and thanked me for being a customer and just made me feel like a million bucks. And the best part, I now have some Kohl's cash to head on back and buy some more! It was a wonderful experience, and I am so happy to have a Kohl's like this so close and convenient to my location. Thanks again, team!
The African-American woman with long nails she wasn’t wearing a name tag at the returns was beyond disrespectful. We never got any welcome, except a point to bring our items over. Once we were “greeted” with no eye contact, the only time she spoke was to discriminate my friend when she blatantly asked her her age.The fitting rooms were also a mess and were self-run by the customers. They only had two fitting rooms out of eight open and refused to open the others. I didn’t even end up buying the item I wanted to try on in the fitting room because I would rather go to a different store then wait 20 minutes to stand around and wait to try on one item. To top it off, the entire store was disorganized, who wants to go through a pile of clothes to shop‍. It felt like I was at a thrift store. I’ll definitely be back here
what can i say about kohls? nothing good. mens clothes all look like golf clothes. the coupons they send are useless as if you red the back of them they are useless for any name brand merchandise. you get to the register and find out oh you cant use that coupon. extreamly over priced merchandise, do they think they are macy's? not even close. take my advice, go to the gift card section & get an amazon card & really get what you want on that before they catch on & get rid of that.

Absolutely ridiculous store. Huge store that only allows 3 fitting rooms out of 8 to be used. Standing around for 20 minutes to try on couple clothes, while meager 3 patrons are trying their clothes... You'll go out of business soon.
What's with the lady named Marianne at the returns. The minute my turn came,and I kept the stuff at the counter, she turns around and starts processing items which were behind the counter. She made me wait for 5-7 minutes so that she could finish something she could have easily done at a later time. extremely rude person! So disappointed with the service.
Tiniest Kohls you will ever visit! This is not a regular sized Kohls and each section is very limited. It's good to visit for returns and Amazon returns, but not for actual shopping. If you have the Kohls app and order in the store, then ahipping is free.
What a lovely store! The manager Shannon went out of her way to help me finally find a pair of jeans that fits me right and look great. It really meant so much to me as trying to find jeans has been a big struggle. I genuinely appreciate her being so down to earth and the cashier as well! Not sure his name, but thank you to everyone at Kohl's East Windsor! Appreciate you a bunch.
lady in the front is extremely rude and would not process a return for me, yet was super kind to other customers. terrible customer service. i’m assuming she’s racist since the other customers were white ‍ wasted my lunch break to just deal with some rude lady smh
The returns line is slow as hell and takes for ever!! Ridiculous that the line is held up while people have to try to find things on their phone! Been standing here to return 1 thing that did not fit for 45 minutes
