One of my favorite stores. Love to take my kids for toys shopping. Probably best store in town for LEGO toys with huge selection and great deals. Men's clothes section has a Big&Tall section with great selection of clothes. Women's clothes with famous brands, handbags, totes, jewelry, bedding, gift wraps, huge baby clothes section, sports clothes for women, men, and kids, shoes, small electronics, convenient Amazon return department. 100% recommend this store. Staff is always available to assist you with any needs and are super friendly.
Very good location of the store found a lot of good deals found some items that wasn't able to find in some other stores very reasonable prices very professional staff very clean handicap accessible wheelchair accessible staff was very helpful and finding some items and it was very easy to find other items the way they had it laid out in stocked and not as jumbled up as some stores might be item for neat and were displayed to where you can see the items and know where they were when you were told where they were supposed to be I like Kohl's cash that they give you too when you buy an items too because I'd always comes in handy and saves and helps especially on holiday times I do recommend this location or location of Kohl's that is close enough to you you will not be disappointed
Went here for amazon return. Greeted at the door with a large sign everything. 20% off. Returns deal gave me a similar coupon. Neither worked on any of the 5 items I purchased. MARK YOUR SIGNS! Note the exclusions on the sales floor. Hard to find anyone to help. Used the app to find prices but did not help with the coupon. Cashiers & customer service are friendly. Expect to wait in line for awhile for customer service or checkout.
My son was looking for an overcoat to go over his suit. He was the honorary Pallbearer at his Grandpa's funeral. We could find ski jackets but nothing dressy. Christy remembered that there were 2 overcoats hanging with the suits. She escorted us to them. The one fit my son and we purchased it. He looked so good at the graveside service. Thank you Christy!!
Our customer care professional was awesome.She helped us find the design of clothing I really wanted, plus save on our purchase. Great service!
Safia had to go the extra mile when the register wanted me to use a different credit card. I had been scammed and they cancelled my card. The new one had not been received yet and she took the time and made the effort to get my purchase on a Kohl's card. She was able to get the help I needed. Wonderful Lady!!
When I buy the thing from other places I used it for a short time, but when I buy from kohl’s store I continue using this brand for a long period of time because there goods are fantastic quality
My daughter and I went in looking for a homecoming dress, which they don't carry, but talked to a woman on the sales floor, that gave us some ideas of where we could try. So 4 stars, for customer service.
ound an unbelievable deal on Memorial Day. Purchased around 22 items. When I got home, I was missing 1 of the items that I was very excited about. I live 2 hours away from this location. I was very sad. Next day I called the store and spoke to the manager Liz. She was very helpful and checked the we left the item in and was not able to find it. She started working on refunding process and to call me later to confirm I will be refunded. Called me in couple of hours and made my day. She was able to find the item and forwarded to me after a few days. I wanted to say thank you Liz. Kohl’s is lucky to have you as a store manager. You have absolutely earned it. This is how to keep your customers.
While limited associates are available on selling floor, store is normally clean and merchandise neat and organized. I have been more impressed with the competence and friendliness of the cashiers upon check out
