As a night shift ER and ICU nurse who works 90 hours a week while being a single mom its hard to get out and shop. Yes, I realize that businesses close but if I come in 15 minutes prior there’s a reason. I can’t stop people from coming into my ICU or ER 15 minutes before my end of shift.  However, Patty the cashier was amazing. Everybody else made me feel rushed and unimportant. I wasn’t allowed to try on clothes and four other people came up to me telling me that they close within minutes.  All except Patty, may you never come into the ER and ICU demanding to be treated nice, fair and important!!!  Patty by FAR is the best and most warming person in this store!!!!!

My husband and I shop here a lot and the service is always great! The people are always kind and helpful. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that it's not clean. Every time we go, we always see all the clothes ruffled and disorganized, and some of the products are misplaced. However, I understand the holidays and I do understand how a store can get. Aside from that, everyone keeps their composure, very helpful and kind, the savings is tremendous, and the quality of the products are great! Thank you for always being amazing!!

Was a loyal customer for years until now. Last time I do my Christmas shopping here. Wanted to purchase a Ninja Air Fryer at a awesome price. But sure enough get up to the register ringing up another price. Old bait and switch. Manager GISELLE was not only dismissive, she would not honor the price. Poor customer service. Will not return.

So I was told After the fact that they no longer have Curbside, so why do they still have the signs up? Not only that, but they haven’t had Curb Side for two months??? Then when I called, the lady said, well, can you come?? Made me feel like they still had curb service, but didn’t wanna come out to deliver the item??!!

Great store to buy clothes from name brand companies. I like to think of Kohl's as a much better version of Ross.

Clean and very friendly staff. At the end of what had to be a long and busy day the staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Location is easy to get to but use your GPS if you haven't been there. There are lots of busy roads in the area of a major intersection.

I love Kohl’s!!! The staff are super friendly and this location is actually very clean and organized with their product! Carolyn, the cashier, was so nice and actually explained the Kohl’s point system with my purchases.

This stores shelves are often disheveled. Hard to tell prices of things when items price chips aren't working at all. Their deals and clearance racks are worth the trip in if you need something in a pinch for an outfit though.

I'm from California and used to everything being folded and put away. Since I've been in Texas all of the Kohls here look like thrift stores. No thing is put in proper place. It's a mess. Disappointed.

I didn't have a good experience shopping there.  This store is located at the far end of the Forum. The Petite clothes are very limited. For the sale rack, not much to choose from for size Small.  For the women's active wear, I could not find any pants that are not skin tight. I do not like my pants sticking to my legs. This also applies to all pants. Yet, most pants there are skinny legs.  It was a nightmare to find a shower curtain. The options for were very limited and the shelves were so messy.  I would not return.
