Kohler Waters Spa

Excellent service, lovely staff and amazing atmosphere. Nikki gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. We also had a great conversation. Kiki up front was so gracious and offered me water, coffee or tea. Pearl who I met in the relaxing lounge was very friendly and attentive.

I'm giving it a 4 because I didn't really appreciate them tacking on gratuity for my therapist without letting me know in advance. I had intentions on leaving my own tip but they already stuck their hand in the pot lol. The only other negative was that I didn't feel like I got the full experience because I'm pregnant. I wasn't able to fully submerge in the pools, only dip my toes. Also, the massage wasn't as deep as I wanted it to be and the therapist didn't address my sciatica because I had to do a side lying massage on the affected side. But the attention to the hands and feet were spectacular. The ambiance was a 10/10!! It was beautiful, it smelled great...So peaceful and serene. The staff was amazing. The saunas and showers were also a 10/10. I'll definitely try it again after I have my baby.

Had a work related outing to this location. Very clean and comforting location. Main desk personnel is very nice and explained everything to me as I was a new customer to this Spa. The locker rooms are a bit snug, not much private area to change or to spread around. The lounging area is open and vast, plenty to spread for groups and individuals. The only downside, and it’s disappointing, was the staff… my male massage therapist missed the mark a few times. Didn’t explain too well the entering process as I was a new customer, but the massage itself was rather relaxing. For $100+ I was expecting a bit more in means of massage and body therapy. The location has smoothies available but the staff does not ask if you want one, you have to ask for the menu first. I also had my light snack on a table taken away while I went away for a quick moment to the restroom. There was also some confusion as I thought the front desk mentioned to me I did not need a mask in the relaxation area and the pool, however, other staff members had mentioned we needed to have masks on. Even as we were eating the light snacks and smoothies, rather counterintuitive. This is a nice outing for the local area, but I would not 100% recommend this location. I expected more.

Pricey, but worth it! My best friend and I splurged to treat ourselves to massages for our birthdays here. From the moment we walked in, we felt as if we were checking into our vacation. Everything about this place feels elevated. My masseuse Rebecca was phenomenal and the massage was on point. She took her time to ask questions and explain options go for the hot stones!. Easily the best massage I've ever had. My friend was very pleased with hers as well. The thermal suite was the perfect way to transition from our massages. We will be back!

This location exceeded my expectations! I was going to the Burr Ridge location but after a customer service issue the manager there was very kind and helpful but I didn’t feel comfortable going back there. I am from the area so it was nice to see such a beautiful spa in Lincoln Park that was reasonable and exactly what I needed. My therapist was amazing! Got the seasonal Glacier Springs hydrotherapy treatment. The vichy shower was calming ,the exfoliation perfect and the cold facial massage was invigorating. Not to mention tightened up my puffy eyesnow that’s just me, not sure if everyone would have that effect I booked again before I left. The lobby area is pristine and filled with great products. Moroccan oil body products I can’t find anywhere else was another bonus. Definitely my go to for my body treatments. I left relaxed and happy because of the excellent customer service!

This is the best spa in Chicago by far. I have never felt so luxuriated. Beyond that, the team at Kohler is comprised of the kindest people; they create a caring, soul warming atmosphere that is a spa service in itself. A special thank you to Jenny, the lead nail tech for a phenomenal service experience. Thank you for all you do!

Such a great experience. Jade and Pearl we're amazing. Me and wife got facials and massages. 50 minutes each. I was so relaxed at the end I was seeing colors. Recommend a visit or gift one to a friend.

An oasis in Lincoln Park. We visited Kohler, WI two months ago and really enjoyed it. Finally, had a chance to visit the Lincoln Park location. This place is more intimate and relaxation is the best. The spa Manager Lauren went above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of our masseuse called in sick even though the spa was short staffed. Bill my masseuse was amazing. He was able to take out all the knots I had in my shoulders. My wife was very satisfied as well with Mellisa's the service. All in all this place is 5 stars and will definitely be back soon!

I had an incredible experience here. Every detail is thought of and it is incredibly relaxing. My facilities escort Cheryl set a lovely tone for my visit, and my nail tech Jenny gave me the best nail service I’ve maybe ever received. Fantastic team and location!

This is such a beautiful urban spa - one of the nicest of its kind I have seen in the US. The layout and the design are superb - with great attention to detail, down to the look of the shower curtains. The beauty products are exquisite and thoughtfully arrayed; and most important, the staff is very nice and even cheerful. The spa exudes serenity, respect and bright friendliness, which might also have to do with the way the Spa reception supervisor leads her people. I think her name is Dominique. She is very grounded and friendly also in the the way she interacts with her staff, leading by example. My congratulations for creating such a beautiful space, both in look and ambience.
