1. What shoes I felt like I was looking through a nightmare. 2. The cashier that was training I'm assuming, never said a word had the worst-cold stare on her face like she didn't even want to be there. 3. If a customer says no they mean no!! quit pushing something on them I don't care if it's Kohl's cash or not I only shop there once a year it's not going to do me any good. For as pricey as your products were you would think the store would have been in a little bit better shape for what they want but next time I won't go there I will shop your competition
The store was clean. I found what I was looking for, brought it home and it fit just right. I do not have a photo to show. My main reason for taking this survey was to show case the great service that Deb provided on 1/22/23
Was charged twice for an expensive coat and didn't realize it until I was home. Great care should be taken to charge customers correctly. I had to drive 50 minutes round trip to get the charge corrected.
Carla was extremely rude. When we walked up, she did not acknowledge us, just kept moving boxes back and forth on the counter. When we finally got her attention, she told us to wait for her to finish what she was doing. We were the only customers there at the time. When she did finally come over to do her job, I asked her name twice and she refused to tell us, also commenting that she was done working soon. At that point she had not helped us at all and I had to request the information repeatedly at which point there were other customers and she started to argue loudly and harass me. When I went to approach the manager on duty, a new dark and gray hair lady, she was making comments about the other customers, so I could tell she would not be very helpful. How sad that there are people like Carla and the new manager who are not good at customer service. With sales down they should be doing a better job, not worse.
The Sephora employee, Lindsay was very helpful and not pushy at all. Thank you for answering all my questions and help me make good decisions on the makeup. I will go there again when I need to restock.

I like to shop at Kohls. It is nearby. It is clean. And I usually receive a discount on my purchases. But the reason for my comment here is that yesterday when I was checking out, JACK took very good care of my order patiently waiting while I looked for my cc and helping me with my coupon discount. I forgot to bring my coupon but he gave me the full amount of my coupon anyway. He trusted me. When I reached for my bags, he thanked me and handed me my receipt and Kohls cash. He did NOTask me to take that dreaded survey we are always asked to take. What a pleasant way to end my visit! With a genuine kind humble "Thank you for coming in today!" Hence, high five for JACK! He was kind for kindness' sake!
Had some great discounts, very nice place to shop, good products, nice and clean store.
I found items that I needed, other items I just wanted. Bianca was very helpful on the floor. Claudia was also helpful at the checkout, helping me find discounts to get even more for my dollar.
We got some great deals at Kohl's today. Deb took great care of us!
