Some 40 years ago, my children all started school and I actually found myself with some free time, I signed up for art classes in Merritt College, Oakland, California – drawing, watercolor, Ikebana and professional floral design. I also love to garden, and thought that it would be great to make my own flowerpots. I signed up for pottery class, loved it and have not stop playing with mud. Enter my clay piece to San Mateo County Fair and won a full scholarship to Academy of Art University in San Francisco and from there I earned my BFA. For the past 30 years, I have taught all spectrum of art to children and adult through out Alameda County, California. Now I am concentrating on my own artwork.
