Went in for a hardware upgrade last week and had an above and beyond customer service experience! Sabrina and Ollie provided excellent service and helped me transfer my data to the new phone. Friendly and knowledgeable, thanks for the great service!
I went in with an issue with my SIM card. I let the worker know that I lived in a rural area, and was having some issues having to restart my phone/SIM card often to regain service. I explicitly let them know that the phone was brand new, and should not be damaged in any way. Firstly, they made me feel bad for not doing this on the Self Serve... However, it is not an option to order a new SIM card over self serve. Feel free to go check yourself. Secondly, the clerk was telling me that my replacement SIM card wasn't going to work due to a "tray reading issue" with no explanation given. He then upgraded me to an eSIM, which worked even worse. It not only was not in service, but also did not display my carrier or my phone # in the settings. I told him, I was able to send texts before he did this. I did not understand why it was worse now. He explained that my phone must be water damaged and that I MUST buy a new phone, as there was nothing he could do. I told him again, I just bought the phone in March, 2023 and had no plans of buying a new phone. He sent me off, taking my old SIM as well as the other physical SIM he had tried and only leaving me with the eSIM that did not work. I couldn't even call anyone for help or another opinion. It was going to be $1000 to payout my contract and get a new phone, the worker said there were no other options. Frustrated, I went to Walmart and they changed my SIM back to a physical one and it worked within minutes. What a strange phenomenon.
I had a great experience yesterday getting my new phone! Ollie helped me out a ton and was very nice. Thanks for the help!!
I left this provider yesterday. Only 1 reason though. I MOVED. Last year I moved to a new home on the edge of Koodo’s best network reception. Seems it’s cheaper to switch services than move my home… Thanks Koodo for 10+ years of flawless allround service. Customer service is A1.
What an amazing experience we had dealing with Jacob, Claudia and Sabrina, they answered all our questions and made sure we were all set up before we left. I would definitely recommend Koodo to people because of the experience we had! Thank you so much for that and I am sure we will see you again! Rob and Sharon happy customers

Terrible! None of the three guys that were there, were interested in helping me! They were too busy chatting. Jus pathetic. Went to Walmart for the same service, and got treated like a customer there! Needless to say, I won't be going back to that kiosk again!
I am a koodo customer for more then four years and I visited this store frequently. I always had excellent experience in terms of customer service, but since last two times it turns to the worst. The guy working there looked annoyed by just simple questions and very rude while talking. He did not had correct information about the phones and when I correct him politely his answe was, "You can't expect me to know all the prices of phones we carry." I asked him very politely but his response was not. After a while I just left because of rude behavior by the staff. I am never going back at this store again.
Had a horrible experience here. Took my disabled mother here today as she needed a new phone and we wanted to talk about plan options. He wouldn’t even look up her info on the computer because her license was expired. I tried to explain to the gentlemen working what a process it would be to try and get my mom who is in a wheelchair down to service NB. He told us she could have just picked up the id off the ground. Really... it has her picture on it. Needless to say Koodo lost a 7 year customer to Eastlink who were Very understanding that it was a disability issue and went above and beyond to help us.
