Truly a great service, family operated business. All three brothers Paul, Logan, and mark did a great job! very professional, experienced, and friendly. The price were very reasonable, and all appliances are in great shape, and excellent condition. I didn’t have to think twice after speaking with the staff. Bought all 4 appliances yesterday morning. Took about 15 min! And now the appliances are installed, and in my property. I couldn't be any happier. Very honest family operated business, I highly recommend!

Aok appliance has been a tremendous blessing to us. I purchased a dryer from them when I first moved into my home 3.5 yrs ago. The company provides excellent customer service and they have quality appliances. Mr. Paul is very helpful, kind, and courteous. If your in need of appliances I recommend Aok located on nine mile and Hayes in Eastpointe.

Bought a washer and stove from them back at the end of March, stove is great, washer has been leaking for weeks now. I’m still waiting on them to come check it out/fix it. I’ve called and texted, even showed up to the store, they say they’re going to come the next day, no call or text. I’m going to have to buy a new washer from somewhere else it’s looking like. Just be careful what you get from here!

Visited AOK for an extra fridge while waiting for my main one to be repaired. Service was friendly, helpful and fast. Prices were reasonable and products clean. Plus next day free delivery. Great all around experience.

Extremely poor service. I purchased a stove on 3/25, and I had only used the burners. I turned on the oven for the first time yesterday to bake some chicken. As I allowed the oven to preheat, all I could smell was gas. I contacted Consumers Energy, and they came out, and the oven is leaking gas on the inside and high levels of carbon monoxide. Over 240 ppm to be exact. They put a danger tag on the stove and said I couldn't use it. I called the store this morning to let them know, and they wanted to charge me for the issue even though they sold me a faulty appliance that could have killed me. The guy was very rude and told me that there was no way that I didn't use the oven. I told him I had used the burners but not the inside of the oven, and they sold me a bad product. Don't go to these used appliance places. They will take your money and still try to charge you for their faulty appliances. I will be contacting the better business bureau.
