Rodney C. Scott, CPA formed RCS & Associates, Ltd in 2007 and brought over 15 years of public accounting experience deal with small to mid-sized companies. RCS then merged with other firms in 2014 & 2015, adding additional services and experienced staff to serve our clients' needs.
