Went to see dr.kopel after seeing a previous doctor that was near impossible to get ahold of to just get my prescriptions filled. Seen dr.kopel and he set it up in a way that actually makes sense! I felt very comfortable there like I could talk to him about anything and felt well taken care of. Very great experience and I highly recommend him as he was very friendly and personable which is exactly what I was looking for. And I can actually talk to him when I need him!! Big shout out and a big thank you!
Horrible experiences . 2 of my children have gone to him with pain in concerning areas and they were both blown off. Should not be practicing anymore. One child needs major surgery over something he blew off. Wouldn’t recommend him or his office to anyone

Dr. Kopel always takes the time to listen to all my concerns, which is not always the case with some doctors. I never feel rushed at my appointments. I was in the hospital recently, with a kidney stone, and he was there at the hospital shortly after they called him at 5am. I was impressed that he got there so early in the morning and had checked all the meds and tests the hospital had done. He ordered extra meds and the follow up care was great.
Dr Kopel has been our family doctor for several years. He always answers your call or calls you back regardless of time or day. He’s very calm and knowledgeable about symptoms. I highly recommend him and his staff.
I have been seeing Dr Christine Kopel for a few years now and i couldnt be happier! I always leave her office feeling better than when i came in with all of my concerns addressed and i never feel that stressed out feeling when i have to go see her. I highly recommend her and the staff is excellent as well
I just left Dr Kopel's office and I am totally impressed by everything. Christine took great care of me. She took her time to get a comprehensive understanding of my medical history and I really appreciate that. I've read some of the negative reviews here and I was a little apprehensive going to them but a friend of mine is a patient of Dr Kopel and thinks highly of him, so I went. I think they did a great job and I'm very glad I chose them as my primary care physician.
Never heard of a doctors office that doesn't let you come in for a check up when you're not feeling well. How is the doctor supposed to know what's going on without checking you ? Teledoc visit isn't helpful in diagnosis. They basically rely on their patients to self diagnose. I don't feel cared for at all here.
I have used Dr. Kopel as my family doctor for over a decade and he has always been willing to spend the time with me to determine the best way to proceed on treatments and my healthcare needs. He answers all my questions and listens to my suggestions. When I need to talk with him from home, he always returns my calls, even though it may be as late as 7 p.m., a couple hours after normal closing time. Some might look at this as a negative, but I can't expect him to jump away from patients he's seeing to call me back immediately. I respect that.
Wow! I tried to make a new patient appointment. I couldn't get past the receptionist. She asked about my insurance and stated she would not make an appointment until I had called the company and verified Dr. Kopel was "in" my network. I told her I would pay CASH. She still would not allow me to make an appointment. I even told her it sounded like she was telling me to go elsewhere. She said good luck. I hope the doctor knows the presentation his staff is making!
