Family owned and operated. Baking with love since 1989.
In 1989 Mrs. Lee who recently immigrated to the United States craved the traditional Korean pastries of her birth country. The local Northern Virginia Area at the time had no Korean bakeries. Mr. Lee and Mrs. Lee saw the need and the opportunity. They opened the first Korean bakery in 1989. Since then, Korean Bakery on John Marr Drive has become a cultural center where Korean immigrants come to share pastries from the old country and discuss politics, culture, religion, business, and family. Most importantly the immigrant's American children were given a chance to learn about their parent's generation over freshly baked pastries and bread.
Korean Bakery is your bridge into the rich heritage of Korean breads and pastries in a small, friendly, and genuine environment. Our commitment to you is that our baked goods will always be #bakedwithlove.
