Great grocery store! It's always clean and tidy whenever we come in. The aisles are always clear and clean. Items in shelves are always well organized. Wished there were more authentic ethnic food sauces. It is very to navigate through too. Parking is very easy and I like how it's quite close to the store so you won't have to walk far at all. The hot foods are good for what they are. The prices of the food selections are a bit more but you can find cheaper alternatives. Overall, an excellent place to refill your water, grab snack, grab some meats, grab cakes and muffins and more. Employees are always nice as well AND there is a Starbucks in here too!
Nice store, if you like paying 25% more for every item than you would everywhere else. Great deli area though! Great chicken wings and salad bar. Taco bar is pretty good, but dang expensive. Pretty much the same as going to a restaurant, in which case.... why don't you make the taco for me!?
Kowalski's in White Bear Lake and Shore view are great. I live half way between the two supermarkets. Both have friendly and helpful staff. Both have great deli and meat section. The staff at both deli and meat dept. Are extremely helpful. They are willing to answer any questions and don't rush with their help. But most importantly at the check out in either store the cashier & baggers are friendly, with a ready smile and seem to care how your shopping experience went.
Kowalski's is such a "fun" grocery store to go to. That sounds a bit weird to say a grocerystore is "fun", but they have such good food. A lot of unique food options to choose from, seasonal and otherwise, plus a cute little gifts area as well. I feel that they have some hard to find rare food options as well. Their food is always so fresh and very high quality. Definitely worth stopping in.
Great service. I love their fresh produce and prepared foods. Their bakery is top notch and they have lots of products you can't find elsewhere. Cheese selection is also very good.
Manager and staff are absolutely amazing!! Manager went above and beyond when there was an error on my elderly fathers grocery delivery. It was the delivery companies error but he took the time to fix everything and I couldn’t appreciate it more!! Thanks for your years of remarkable store!! Our fam has shopped there for decades!
On the expensive side, and somewhat limited on affordable version of products. The atmosphere is great for a grocery store. There’s barely a wait for the register. Overall, I think it’s nice but not always worth the additional prices.
Expensive but sometimes you really get what you pay for. Food is all top quality and ready to eat section is always a great option for dinner. Their catering is great too - we get it at work all the time.
A little over priced, and has gone down in quality lately. It used to be a great spot to get the more rare items. Now, it's just more pricey versions of what everyone else has. The store made items are still top quality however, and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable.
This Kowalski's Market location is ALWAYS clean, organized and tidy. I have never gone in here and spotted a dirty area. It's crazy how clean it is. The employees are always nice and helpful. The food aisles are very easy to read and very well organized and always stocked. I've never had an issue finding something as the signs are very easy to read and if you do need something, employees are around to help. Prices are significantly higher than Cubs and other grocery stores. But you will be able find other brands that will fit your budget. Parking is super easy and lots of parking spaces.Cashiers are nice and never had an issue with them. Again, this place is extremely clean and tidy. Overall, a very nice spot to get your groceries.
