No regrets! Beutiful flooring and the installers were great. The sales experience was an Education in flooring. Much more information was provided than any other salesman we spoke to. Financing was availible and we used it.

Can't say enough good things about our experience; the quality of our carpet, installation and the professionalism demonstrated throughout the process. From the time we entered the showroom until the installation was complete, we were in the care of a very knowledgeable and customer-driven team! The selection and quality of product is excellent. This is the second time we have used Krauseneck for carpeting and plan to use them again for future flooring projects – without a doubt.
