Krav increases your awareness and ability to protect yourself in real life situations and KMTA has the absolute best instructors around. Want to learn to defend yourself and your family? This is the place to do it. There is no arrogance here: beginner, experienced, male, female, young, old we are all here to hone our skills and the instructors and fellow students are all so humble and respectful. As a female it can be awkward to enter some martial arts or self defense venues but that is 100% not the case at KMTA. We hit hard, we laugh hard and we go home safe and in better shape!. I am in the best shape of my life and I look forward to every class!
I began my journey into Krav Maga this year. The instructors are great, there is no yelling or belittling, if you are not doing a technique properly, they will take time to work with you and help you get it right while staying positive. The other trainees are just as great, everyone is respectful of one another, there are no big egos to contend with. It is a very welcoming g environment. My experience has been great so far, I reccomend them to anyone eager to learn self defense.
KMTA is a great place to learn and work out for everyone from beginners to experienced students of Krav Maga. The instructors are all great to learn from and the space itself is fantastic. Best of all, the overall vibe of the school, from teachers to students is welcoming to all.
KMTA is a great place to learn Krav Maga and get an awesome workout. I have learned so much from all the wonderful instructors and look forward to going to class and learning new skills. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming to all different skill levels and abilities. Give it a try!
I was totally new to Krav a year ago, and I'll never forget my intro class. At the end, the instructor told us to be proud we even had the guts to walk through the door. You never know what you're going to find at a place that teaches self-defense or martial arts, but I can tell you this place is worth getting up the courage to give it a try. The facility is well-equipped, the instructors are all top-notch and the community is caring and wants to see everyone succeed. You'll learn a lot and have a great time doing it. I think Krav is the only thing I'm addicted to that's actually good for me! Come in and give it a shot!
KMTA is a great place to learn and train. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Krav has taught me situational awareness and armed me with the confidence to take on any scenario. Whether you want to just get fit or learn a combative, this is the place to go.

I've been doing krav maga for about 6 years now. This is a great place with experienced instructors. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to give krav maga a try
