This was our first time here and the First Lady who helped us with our order was so friendly and even helped us move some tables together so our kiddos and us could all sit together. The food was amazing!! The bathroom door was broke and you have to ask for help to get out of which I wasn’t a big fan of. When our food came out there was another lady that was helping and my friend with me asked for a cup of ice because they gave her canned soda and it was hot but the lady working didn’t acknowledge she asked for it so my friend thought maybe she didn’t hear her and asked me to ask her. I went over to ask her and she said oh mam we don’t give out free ice it’s 2.49 for a cup of ice if you want some but I’m getting your friend some because her drink is kinda hot. I then explained it was for her and she didn’t know you heard her. If you’re going to provide canned sodas a cup of ice should be an option with no charge that’s ridiculous. She was extremely rude about it as well. Also before we asked there was a man that came in and didn’t order anything and was asking us for money at the table and they gave him a cup of ice with no problem but yet their paying customers they were rude about it?? The next problem was when the food came out our order was wrong… I ordered the 5 tenders for my kids to split but the lady at the beginning said we only have it in an order of 6 and I said oh that’s fine but then they came out as wings and when I said something they tried to talk me out of getting what I ordered and saying oh the tenders are spicy and the kids won’t like them and I had to repeat myself a few times. I wish they would’ve told me that ahead of time because I would’ve re thought my kids order to begin with. They also didn’t have a kids menu :/
Wings are delicious. Would stop by again and again. Owner very nice and came out to talk.
We traveled to Sioux Falls from the liberal dumpster fire of purgatory called Minnesota. While in town for a basketball tournament, we wanted to try a new place. We walked in at 5 PM on a Friday. A nice gentleman open the front door for us and an even nicer hostess got us seated. People in SD are so nice! Our server was Taran, very personable and warm. Our appetizers were speedy fast and so were our entrees. Burgers and sandwiches were top notch and my daughters salad was tasty and fresh. We told Taran we were thinking about moving to SD so he told us all the great things about living here. And if we weren’t impressed already, the icing on the cake at least for my husband was the LED screens in front of each urinal in the men’s restroom. We will definitely go back!!!
Tried this place not knowing what to expect and was blown away, been there a few times now and decided it's now time to do an official review. Moat places that you go to, you get the standard welcome, menus looks good and food and service is good. Kravins is an exception. Very freindly welcome when coming in. Menu looks fake, pics or food are so detailed and colorful. Service is above and beyond. Now the food. WOW, WOW, WOW unbelievable how it looks and tastes. So flavorful. I've tried a little of everything now and this is definitely on my have to stop by places when I'm around.
The best chicken I’ve had in a LONG time. It’s slightly spicy and slightly sweet and so juicy. Highly recommend!Recommended dishesChicken Tenders
Tried this place for the first time today and had a great lunch! We both got the cajun chicken tender basket and fries. The portions were a good size and the tenders had just the right amount of kick to them. The food was hot and fresh, and the experience was enjoyable. We can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!
The chicken in waffles were GUDDD! I’m Here visiting and my coworker recommended them!! Great recommendation!! I also tried the Thai chili, Cajun and wet lemon pepper wings !!Great service !!
This mess is not a combo. Cut a fillet in half. The bacon cheddar fries are to the paper because you microwaved it on the paper. This is disgusting and I would have been ashamed to send this out. The person that prepared this would not have eaten it if it was served to them. Thank you for wasting my hard earned money. I also ordered a Salas. The tomatoes were mush.
We love the atmosphere. They have really great service. And they're ohh sooo good!!
Louisiana blend wings are some of the best wings ever. Burgers very good and seasoned. Chicken and waffles too
