I don't normally do this but I think it's about time. One thing I can not stand is an UNPROFESSIONAL person! I have tried for almost three weeks now and I have had enough. Just a piece of advice for anyone planning a wedding, a party, baby shower or ANY event please DO NOT use Kraze Kreations owner We paid herin full for catering services for our wedding and We were soooooooo dissatisfied. She came and DROPPED the food off, LEFTwithout letting the proper people know she was gone, put the extra food in the venue's oven without letting anyone know so it was dried out, also the food that was served was AWFUL. No seasoning on the beans or the mash potatoes, and the chicken was DRY!I do have pictures. I feel like I need to apologize to my guest that ate that awful food! I have tried to contact her regarding this matter and she lied stating she would refund me my deposit once she consulted with her business partners. That was 14 days ago. I have not heard from her since that conversation. She has been ignoring my calls, sending me to the voicemail, and not responding to my text messages. I tried to call her today and she didn't answered but started texting me with lies! At this point it's not even about the refund, it's about her being professional and accommodating a dissatisfied customer. In the professional world word of mouth is EVERYTHING so help me spread the word! Please do not waste your money on her services.

Pictures speak for themselves! This food was the worst part of my sister's wedding and the customer service was nonexistent! Don't waste your time or money with this company!
