My family has been going to Kreiner for 7 years now, since my daughter was a year old. Lauren the hygienist is the kindest, sweetest person you will ever meet. Patient and caring, with the best personality! My daughter just adores her! Dr. Heller, Dr. Jessica, and Dr. Renee are simply the best! The most amazing office and staff. I promise you will not find a better dental practice than Kreiner!
Took our daughter to this dental office for cleaning and the service was terrible. Our 6 years old daughter was nervous and started crying and the nurse was treating her like adult commenting that what she was doing was not painful. Children can get anxious even if there is no pain and most doctors/nurses know how to soothe or distract them but this nurse was rude which made our daughter even more nervous. The doctor came in and tried to distract her and do the cleaning a bit. She was nice. But overall, our daughter was not treated right and didn’t not get the cleaning that we paid for.

Lauren F is amazing. I'm a new patient and was nervous about my first visit. Lauren was very patient and I liked how she explained each step and continuously checked to make sure I was comfortable. She gave me many helpful tips during the cleaning which I plan to implement in my daily routine. The X-ray process was painless which is a first for me. I couldn't be happier with my new hygienist and would ABSOLUTELY recommend Lauren to everyone.
Stop scrolling, Book your cleaning with Lauren! If you’ve had bad experiences at the dentist like I have, I know you’re nervous. I was too, until I found Lauren. She was the absolute nicest, gentle, yet thorough hygienist I have EVER had. She explained to me everything she was doing, answered all of my questions, and gave me some great tips on how to maintain my pearly whites! I have already recommended 3 people to Lauren and Kreiner Dental and it’s been less than 24hrs since I left her chair.
This is first time at this practice but both of my kids loved it. From the moment I made the appointment till the completion of the appointment, it was smooth and professional. The staff was friendly and helpful. We saw Dr. Jessica and she was phenomenal with the kids and how she did the routine check. It was first visit for my daughter but Dr. Jessica made it fun and seamless for her. The use of technology is so great, I was appreciative of the constant follow up and response via texting. Glad to have chosen this practice for my kids dental needs. Highly recommend!
I have been going to Kreiner Dental for years for myself and my four children. I went for my bi-annual cleaning and exam today and met Lauren, an exceptional dental hygienist , for the first time. She cleaned my teeth with such precision and care. You can tell she takes pride in her work with each patient. She is incredibly professional and has terrific communication skills. I will be requesting her moving forward and highly recommend her and this office for your dental care.
Amazing experience! My son had only been to the dentist once at 2 years old and it was not a good experience. He is now 3 and we were recommended to Kreiner Dental via Bergen County moms Facebook group page, and they did not disappoint. They made him feel so comfortable and the he did great! I recommend this dentist to anyone whose kiddos may have anxiety about the dentist.
My 14 mo old had her first dental visit at Kreiner Dental today and it was wonderful! Everyone was so nice and my little one was so comfortable! Great first experience to put this first time mom’s mind at ease…looking forward to many more!
I have been a patient of Kreiner Dental for many, many years now. Everyone has always been so wonderful. I had my teeth cleaned today, by Lauren for the 2nd time in a row!! I recognized her even with her mask on due to her kindness and personality. She is the most professional and sweet hygienist. She makes you feel extremely comfortable and really gets to know you. She takes her time, and always answers my questions or concerns. I made sure to request her for all of my future visits. I know not everyone enjoys going to the dentist, but the staff at Kreiner Dental really care!! Lauren is the best!!!
