The food was good for the price. I did not care for the biscuit though, it was way too hard. Krispy Chic just needs a little work on customer service from some of the employees. I got depressed while taking my order at the drive-thru speaker box because the order taker sounded like she had given up on life! It's not a glam job but sometimes you gotta fake it til ya make it love
Used drive thru. Cashier wasn't overly friendly or very helpful when asked questions. Donuts were ok, but not worth the price. Donuts are definitely better when the Hot Now sign is on. Parking: Not many spot available on a small lot and parking can be difficult durning busy times. Drive thru lines block most parking spot.
The girl that waited on us was very nice, polite and sweet. The food was alright. You could tell some of the chicken was older but it worked. I'm from out of town and come to claxton often. I won't make that mistake again.Food: 2/5
I haven't eaten here in years, but the chicken is still the most crispy chicken I've ever had. The taste has fallen off a bit, but it's still delicious. The mashed potatoes and gravy are straight up KFC. Some people like that, I do not. The biscuit was tiny and under cooked. About what I expected. The drink selection was fine, if you only wanted coke or tea. The tea was good though. Staff was friendly and efficient. We had our food within five minutes. My wife had the chicken sandwich and was very happy with it. The breast was about an inch thick and very crispy. They know how to cook their chicken. The fries taste hand cut and were fresh as well. Our bill was under $17 for two adults. Over all, this is one of the better chicken restaurants in my area. Strong 8/10 would recommend!
The food is good,what little bit they serve u! They don't have much of a menu, so u gotta eat the same thing every time u go there! U have to spend about $20 per person to get full unless u feeding kids 10 and under, then it's just $10-$15 to get full!!Food: 3/5
Food was very good but when I asked for jelly for my biscuit they had none and wanted to charge 25 cents for butter. Then my kids and I kept hearing staff cussing while we were eating our food.

Great group of people operating this locally owned restaurant. All of the food is prepared fresh with fresh ingredients. My favorite is the two-piece white meal with fries. You get a wing and a juicy breast with a biscuit and a heaping portion of fries.Food: 5/5
