Krispy Kreme Louisville

We had a great experience at this location. The donuts are fresh and warm and fantastic. The employees are helpful and personable. We ordered 5 donuts, and the guy at the drive thru recommended we add another to get a price break. It would've been easy to just punch in exactly what we ordered, but he cared enough to give a tip. We appreciate it!

The staff, Kim & Bree are AMAZING We go almost every Saturday morn with my sweet grand babies, the donuts are super fresh & they are always so nice, friendly & upbeat!! Please commend them for their positive attitudes

I love donuts so much, and warm Krispy Kreme donuts hit my right in the magical spot of my tum tum! Service is always quick, I’ve never been disappointed, staff are friendly and accurate. It’s an automatic highlight of being in this part of town.

“Kim” is apparently the nicest and happiest person on the planet after being disgustingly degrading - short - and just awfully rude. I asked what her issue was and “today was the best day of her life and everyone loves her.” Something to that affect. As she snatched my card I could clearly tell she’s making fun of me with other colleagues at the counter. Her names definitely not Kim. But I’ll find out..when I pulled up to the drive through I asked if the glazed ones were hot, “the fresh and hot light is on isint it?” Ok like it’s a simple question clearly she got issues. I feel sad for her. Hopefully she didn’t steal my card number when she took it to the counter. I’ll call corporate. Her manager- whatever needs to be done so “she’s gonna be in a HAPPIER MOOD AFTER” you disrespect random people like that

Completely out of glazed. How does that happen. Was still a bit for the hot and fresh. Still found some good donuts. The young lady at the counter was polite and apologetic

Convenient location at a bus stop. Hubby & I each had 2 various donuts while out for our shopping day. You've been on my bucket list. Hubby on the other hand used to deliver for you 20-30yrs ago

Clean place, decent bathrooms, and friendly staff once we got them smiling/chatting. Predictable Krispy Kreme! Got 5 assorted and agreed the Cake Batter was good very rich, but just can't top the Chocolate Covered Kreme Filled
