I am a psychotherapist who helps people transform from surviving to thriving.
I help people of all ages who feel used, abused, neglected, or rejected. I specialize in helping people who have experienced abuse-related trauma or who feel different for other reasons. I enjoy helping my clients transform from surviving to thriving, meaning that I help them reclaim their power and help them have satisfying relationships with themselves and others.
I provide individual therapy and group therapy. I also facilitate workshops for and give lectures to various populations (e.g. other mental health professionals, law enforcement, and students).
