Kristi Spears was AMAZING!! She was very communicative, always staying in contact with me through the entire process. Extremely knowledgeable and so good to work with. Night and day difference from the last lender we worked with who we actually left to work with her. She was also a much more pleasant experience compared to when we last purchased a house many years back. When I first gave this 5 stars I hadn’t had the opportunity to give it the rating it deserves. This place has been phenomenal. Kari-Ann is an exceptional loan officer, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy. She goes out of her way to respond to anything you could possibly ask, at any time of day or night. I often had to wonder if they at academy ever get time off . I truly recommend academy over any of the other available lenders, and if you get the chance, I recommend asking for Kari-Ann. I am sure their other employees are just as exceptional, however my experience was with whom I recommend.
Academy Mortgage just helped me purchase my new home. I am thrilled with how well they communicated with me throughout the entire process. Karla made sure that I understood exactly what I needed to do and was always available to answer any of my questions. I appreciate how patient she was with me when there was something I didn’t understand. I will definitely be using Academy again and will recommend them to my son when he’s ready to buy his own house.
