I run a Gymnastics program for Children of all ages in the Plumas County Area. I have 20 yrs of gymnastics experience (as of 2013) and I thought it would be an amazing experience for me and the kids of Plumas County to have a Gymnastics program in the area. To bring the joy and love of Gymnastics that I have to them has been so wonderful!
Gymnastics is the ultimate sport. Gymnastics helps teach young people great life long skills, including teamwork, fitness, self-discipline, and other important values which sustain a healthy and successful approach to life. It deals with: Strength,flexibility, determination, coordination and focus.
If your child is successful at this sport he/she will have learned lesson for a life time and become the ultimate athlete.
