The first time I went to the full-service pumps I had to walk inside and ask the Grumpy older man to assist me. So today decided to give it another try...this time I was able to driver through the front of the building hoping they would see me, which he did, then I waited and waited...he finally comes out and says "you want gas or WHAT” I said I would like gas that’s why I’m here at the full-service gas pumps. He then accused me of recklessly driving though his station, which was false. I explained my last experience to him and wanted to make sure I was seen. He didn't like that and told me to get my gas elsewhere, gladly. Not a nice man and definitely shouldn’t be a customer facing owner or employee. No Stars!

PLEASE READ THE UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM. DON'T GO THERE!!!!! These guys are the best! The only mechanic I trust! He did some work on my car and barely charged me!!! Highly HIGHLY recommended UPDATE- I had my car taken in for a starter and they tore my shifter apart!!! This was January 13th and he still hasn't made it right. They think its funny.

The owner isn’t the most embracing guy, but you’ll get over that after he fixes your car for half of what big shops charge. They’ll do excellent, honest work along the way.

Horrible experience here today! Apparently I was at a pump where they pump the gas for you, no one came outside and I pumped it myself. When I was finished, I went inside and he said how much? I said I put in 10 gallons and thought it would be $20.60 because it was $2.06 a gallon. He said no, it's $2.36 a gallon at that pump because we pump it for you. I said "but no one came out or did anything for me." He said he didn't hear anything and that's just the way it is. Super grumpy guy and I won't ever be coming back here again even though it only made a $3 or $4 difference.

Good place, nice old-fashioned gas station. Ethanol-free gas is an option there, but be prepared to pay a bit more for it. Had a nice conversation with the owner who recommended a few places in Grand Haven. Guy lived there for a while and knows a thing or two about finding a fishing guide. Can't attest to the repairs didn't need any.

Stopped in Grand Haven on our way up north, noticed we had a tire low, so we looked up the closest place. Right before closing, the gentleman working opened up the garage door and let us air up ALL our tires, no charge. Awesome service and saved us a huge headache later!

Wow if I could give a negative star i would, worse experience with a mechanic and that's truly saying something. We remember when Jerry ran it, wow what I difference an owner can make.... The current owner told me multiple times he would call, and didn't. Give me attitude when I suggested what was wrong. And when the car finally was toast and the junkyard was calling about us the customer the owner said : "they arent my customers" - needless to say I'm sure they will be belly up in no time with that attitude.. at least honestly I hope.. bad people get bad things.. and if that's how you run a business, expect to hear about it.. #Sad #Discraceful

Awesome gas station, awesome repair shop! Keith and Rich are great folks. Highly recommend these guys for ethanol free gas!
