This Kroger has the best flower shop I have ever seen! The gentleman that runs it is one of the best people I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. He truly cares about what he does and the people he helps. If I lived here I would never go to another flower shop again!!
My recent experiences at Kroger have left me disappointed. It's disheartening to feel scrutinized while scanning items at the checkout, and the need to prove payment at exit adds unnecessary stress. As a shopper, I expect a smoother process and better customer service. It's challenging when you essentially become the cashier and bagger without receiving any discount for your effort. Considering these factors, I'm inclined to explore other options for a more hassle-free shopping experience. I won't shop at any Kroger anymore.
Horrendous communication on pick up orders. If my order is not going to be ready on time, CALL ME BEFORE I DRIVE OUT THERE. When you're running behind but you promise my order will be ready after I get off work instead, it's really upsetting to show up, wait 30 minutes, and then be told your order hasn't even been started yet.
Great food selection in terms of cheese, meats, and dairy. This store seems to always have what I need. My only complaint would be that there is always some sort of substantial line in both self-checkout and regular checkout.
Kroger's pick up service is fantastic and the workers what work there are friendly and fast. The only reason I dock points is because it is painfully obvious their employees are being worked to the bone for what I can imagine is very little pay. If you need groceries this is definitely a great affordable place to pick them up but try to treat any workers you see with respect as they bust their butts trying to make your experience even slightly easier.
Be careful when you have ur lottery checked. Jordan who checked 4 of my tickets only gave me back 3 tickets. One of the 4 was a winning ticket too. Jordan, shame on you and you did NOT even apologize for your mistake! Kroger train your employees better and let them be honest at minimum!
There is a line halfway across the store, a grand total of 2 self checkouts are open, and I count another 16 self checkouts they didn't bother to turn on not even counting the assisted checkout lines where of course zero are open. *Every* time I come here it's like this. Costs me ten minutes of waiting in line just to buy a single item, and the only reason I ever do it is because my only other option is to drive an extra ten minutes to go someplace with a sane checkout process. So it's a wash in the end. But it's infuriating because it's self checkout anyway! Just turn on more lanes, it costs you nothing! The rest of the store is fine. The checkout process is absolutely the worst.
I'm not sure why I keep coming here. The location is relatively convenient, but the prices are higher than other places, the meat and produce are of average quality, but the real kicker here is the service. They always have incredibly long lines, and management doesn't seem to care enough to fix it. Save yourself and shop elsewhere.
Two stars only because there is a bus stop nearby, so you can get away from there quickly. Charged me twice for the same item only saw it at home, and high prices all around. Speaking of, shopping at those supermarkets is exhausting. They have three different prices on the same price tag! Sort out your mess!
The management is lacking at this store. I'm not sure why this store seems unable to keep things stocked that other stores in the area keep in stock. The maple store often has 1 or none of the bottle return machines working. The customer service desk is never open. I have not had to check food for expiration dates, but this store has sold expired or stale food to me 5 times in last 2 months. They are unable to stock kroger brand food, snacks and soda it has been 1 month since they have had a stocked soda isle. You will not find many items "on sale" in stock. There is nobody at customer service to even find out if you can get rain checks. Kroger prices are higher than competitors, and they used to have things stocked which was a convenience, but after having to return expired or stale items...long wait due to nobody at customer service, the convenience is gone. Obviously they are making money or they would close, but they are under staffed because they are to cheap to pay a good wage, I have seen mangers discipline workers in hhe open, but rarely seen managers helping at check out when lines are 10 deep and all they have open is the self checkout that has 1 or 2 stations not working. I think its time to stop shopping there since the lack of workers, lack of stock, claims of fresh that are not true, and management that clearly does not care.
