LOVE this store!!! Kroger makes it easy to eat healthy when the first thing you see is their glorious produce department! They also sell chopped fruit that's ready to go and perfectly ripe. It's easy to "shop the perimeter" here for those who are health conscience. The unhealthy stuff is hard to find in the middle, and even then, they put healthier options beside it. They also have a cheese section!!! And a great sea food section!
Disappointed because wanted to buy soft drinks that were on sale and when I went to ring them up would not give sale price an employee who was very rude to me kept telling me I had to have a digital coupon and only allowed to buy 5 the entire sale week. I asked her to show me where it said that and all she would say say it's digital coupon over and over. I asked numerous times.and that is all she would say. So I told her fine I did not want any of the stuff I had rung up and left the store. I have been shopping Kroger for 30 years and never have I been treated so rudely. I love Kroger but I am not sure I will continue shopping there I know that sounds harsh but right now I am just really upset about the customer service I received from that person. I will continue to pray on it and see were it leads me. I went back to Kroger on Sunday, July 30th. Decided one issue was not going to stop me from shopping at my favorite store.
Great and friendly staff! Awesome store hands down! It's the only Kroger Marketplace I've ever seen but would love love love to have more of them available throughout Georgia!!!
New to the area. We are glad Kroger is in Rincon. My daughter is an assistant manager in produce at a Washington state Kroger. 30,000.00 in produce sold per day! So we knew it's a quality store. Recently bought Riley steaks that were excellent and Kroger brand cream cheese to make cheesecake from scratch. DELICIOUS
Went to Kroger's yesterday afternoon around 2:00. The store was not crowded. However, there were NO carts so I had to go outside and get my own cart and all the carts were either scattered around in the parking lot or piled up near the other entrance. Management needs to do better and make sure their employees are doing what they are paid to do. I approached an employee and told him all the shopping carts were outside. He apologized but still no one went outside to get the shopping carts. The shopping carts were still outside after I was done shopping.
Your local Kroger. Trash piles up for 3-4 days with open meat packages with raw chicken residue. Fruit flies becoming more apparent. Management doesn't care for associates nor the customer. Associates have a hard time finding the managers to help a customer. Overall poor sanitation, complete lack of respect for the work environment and coworkers, standards and morals are non existent. Shop from small local businesses and keep corporations like this from wasting your time and money. Once you know what it smells like behind the " employee only " doors, this review will sound more convincing.
Clicklist really needs to check their products. I received a split open bag of chicken. Last week I bought a rotten thing of blackberries which I shoulda have checked before buying. Really need to improve quality control.
This is specifically for Kroger pick up payments, the employees are amazing! I placed and order to be picked up. I got notified that they were out of a few things, and due to me choosing not to sub them out, my total dropped by about $70 dollars. They still charged my bank account the full total and then told me that the difference would be put back in a few days. I NEED THAT NOW TO FEED MY FAMILY!! Why am I being charged for items that I didn't not receive? Am I supposed to tell my kids that it will be a few days until we get the meat that the store was "out" of? I have a very tight budget. This is detrimental to us. I literally DO NOT have to money to go and pay for more food until this money is released. They need to reevaluate the way they process payments.
I love Kroger. I like to go with they have their buy 5 save 5 deals. That's when I get my kid's cereal and snacks. They have the best produce, it's always fresher than the other local grocery stores. Store is clean and stocked. Staff are nics.
We love Kroger! All of their products are great. The store is very clean and the staff is friendly and polite.
