Kroger

The employees are friendly and helpful. The fruits and vegetables are fresh watered and properly refrigerated I really like to shop at this location. They have a huge selection of a pretty much everything. If you have the Kroger's card and the app you can get coupons online as well. There are so like the gas station you can get a really good deal on your gas simply by shopping at Kroger.

I usually love Kroger but this is one of the worst I have ever been in. I always have used Kroger and stopped going due to the store going down hill. Plus, the stock has gotten low on things too. It's not clean, and they advertise about fresh produce, its the worst produce. They definitely need to update the store anyway. I hope they get the issues fixed. The staff is always nice and the manager is nice as well. No issues with the staff. If I go in there again, I will try to take photos.. and post

I love kroger and most of there workers are super they seem actually alot like family bc I go in there every other day and they get UAE to you and we will talk like we've known one another decades lol I just wsh the deli people would be nicer and keep there stock up to order very aggravating they were rude this past weekend but everybody has bad days

I know things are different these days with work force, but it seems the general maintenance of the store is on the downward slope. Maybe they're still renovating, but there's issues throughout the store. I miss the fresh seafood counter, that's been replaced currently with just a shelf of things.

Always kind staff and I do like shopping here. My husband likes the meat selection and I love the fresh produce and great selection. Please keep the checkers. It is miserable when people have to check themselves unless it is only a couple items.

This place is aweful. Customer service is non existent. Ordering on line is pointless. They cancel over half the items off of every order. I can literally go into the store when I pick up what they say they have and find every item that was "out of stock". I've had issues with being charged for items removed from my orders. They constantly give me produce that is rotten. Literally gave me a grey head of Cauliflower. Kroger used to be my go to, but now I avoid it completely. The store is dirty. There is bad meat and produce on the shelves. I have received multiple frozen items that have clearly melted and been re-frozen. This place is going to kill someone.

Over the last 6 months customer service has become horrible. A lot of the longtime employees appear to be gone. Managers openly mock cashier's request for help while in the vicinity of customers. It's become common to find expired food, check the dates. Employees will respond to customer's requests with nonsensical answers. "We can't sell you potato wedges because we won't have potato wedges for the other customers." I must admit, I never looked at it that way. In short, go to Walmart instead, you'll be treated the same but have more selection.

Locks door early so customers can't enter before they're actually closed; rude employees; expired/rotten food **Update - WIC discrimination** I was doing a WIC shopping trip here on 3/19/22 - you can only use WIC at Kroger or Walmart. I had shopped carefully gathering the things that I know my WIC benefits cover and waited in line to be checked out by an associate. For some reason when I swiped my card the register would just print out a copy of the benefits I currently have so the cashier called a manager over. Two managers came over and instead of looking at the register at all, they start looking at my items and very loudly announcing to me that WIC won't cover something. I calmly told Jason Smith Assistant Store Leader that he was reading my benefits wrong and showed him what it said. Instead of trouble shooting anywhere else, Jason Smith continued to literally argue with me and embarrass me in front of other customers. I decided to just leave and go straight to Walmart to buy the exact same items with no problem. This is not the first issue I've had at this Kroger and based off this experience I will never shop at this Kroger or any other for that matter.

Clean and pleasant store, usually has everything I need. Employees helpful and pleasant.
