Kroger

Very frustrated with this Kroger. I had a 4 o’clock pickup up. At 3:52 I get a call that my pickup order isn’t ready. I kindly asked if they had an ETA because I didn’t mind waiting an extra 10-15 minutes and the employee says, and I quote word for word, “well.. like I just don’t know..” and I said you just don’t know?? I’m literally in the parking lot waiting. I drove 30 minutes to get here. I said I think we should’ve been given a longer notice than 8 minutes and she says “yeah I get it.. we just didn’t think about it”. So you’re not thinking about the time and gas money your customers are wasting? That’s crazy. I go inside to get a refund or reschedule and the lady at the customer service desk was really rude and said “well you should’ve gotten an Order Delayed notification” and that they couldn’t help me and I had to call the 1-800 number. I wouldn’t have been upset if they would’ve just notified us. I wasted time and gas for this and was met with rude and unprofessional responses.

Constantly out of items and never have any help. Three different occasions we’ve come in to buy weeks worth of groceries and have to run them all through the tiny self-checkout because the one cashier they scheduled is “on break,” but they don’t have anyone there to cover her break! The workers you do see are always just standing around talking to each other. I worked for Kroger for 10 years, I know how it’s supposed to work. This isn’t how I ever ran my front end and we were at a store three times as busy!

No matter when you go to pick up your prescription they need another hour from when you show up, and another wasted trip and wasted gas. They also don’t carry a lot of the dairy free and gluten free alternatives better stocked Kroger locations carry.

After being ignored in the deli we finally gave up and went to the checkout where we were in line with 7 other full carts waiting on the single open register. I also saw the store manager walk by and he didnt even bother looking at the line let alone helping. I travel the country for work and this is easily the worst Kroger I've ever been to. I may need to take my ice cream back if the line doesnt start moving soon.

Have been waiting on pickup order 40 minutes, never before late. Serious decline in service! Employees not friendly today. Produce not bagged, groceries not bagged, extremely poor sacking job. Service warrants a zero!

Tire of all this grocery stores closing at 9 PM or 10 PM on a weekend. Are you kidding me, Covid-19 is over not everyone works until 10pm

Dear Kevin, the dirty looking guy that stands and watches self check-out area. Today was the second time you have been rude to me. I promised you the next time I'm gonna embarrass you in front of all the customers. No reason to act like you do with your rude attitude. You choose to work there nobody makes you. Your job is to take care of customers so do your job without being a punk period

Love kroger so much! I got a cake last week! It looked amazing, good job cake decorator! I love the low prices. The bakery is my favorite!

We were not impressed with the store at all. A Tuesday late afternoon at 4:30 PM and they were trying to stock shelves. Every line for self checkout was open and only one cashier working with 4 to 5 people in line. Had to ask for more cashiers and no one would come up. Store manager was working in the dairy department when we went to go check out. But the young cashier Karen was absolutely professional and calm and continue to do her work as best she could. So she gets five stars. People were having to turn around and go check out all their groceries themselves it’s a shame that our society today has gotten this low. What happened to the good old grocery store, when service meant something!!!!

This Kroger is extremely small for the population of the town that it's in. all the workers are okay I had one aggressively approach me at checkout asking if I need any help which is how they ask if you're stealing. I never go to this Kroger I would rather go to the Walmart because the service is so much better. They do not have enough checkouts or people to staff the checkouts for population that they serve. If they did a remodel and had less aggressive staff members I would be much more open to shopping at this Kroger. I regret picking this Kroger every time I go here.
