Kroger

Easy in and out store. Have just about anything grocery wise you need, it's a GROCERY STORE after all. Staff is nice. Self checkout is fast and easy. The one hotel that works the self checkout has been there awhile and recognizes me when I go in, so that's nice. They have hot food almost every day too.

This store doesn't keep the proper price tags on the shelf. Mis marks packages. Terrible service!

Always shop here better than walmart

Decent selection of organic produce, fresh fruit, etc. Closest grocery store to my house, but I definitely prefer Kroger to WalMart.

The service with tyra the cashier was very rude she very unprofessional and she don't know how to talk to people if she dont like her job she needs to get another job cause this one is not for her

Previously worked there. They have roaches, the c-19 plastic protection shields at the cash registers constantly break and create safety hazards for customers and employees alike, constant stealing, poor management- they fired all minors for small things so that they could switch to “hiring 18+” only, they mistreat their staff. They don’t have enough workers for most if not all of those reasons above, so they have staff do things that they don’t get paid for. People in deli working the register, cashiers being impromptu courtesy clerks. One cashier they had being a makeshift courtesy clerk, had constant asthma attacks from getting carts and had to be hospitalized almost every time and they still made them go out. Took management about 3-4 times of the employee having an attack before they finally decided they can’t get carts.

Kroger's, this one anyway is very convenient for my wife and I to go shop. As it is right down the road from our house. And they have self checkouts which I like a lot and they have Reese's big cups and tomato basil chips woohoo

This is by far one of the worst places I've had to shop at. The staff are rude, unable or unwilling to help with anything at all, especially the cashiers; and if you need the manager be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes. The shelves are never stocked especially if something is on sale you're almost guaranteed not to be able to get it at this store. I recommend that you avoid this store, drive the half a mile to Dye rd. and use it if at all possible, its cleaner the staff are much friendlier and it is much better stocked.

Too crowded!!! PLUS...Be nice for some decent senior &/or disabled hours. The aisles have always been too narrow and I don't get why they've never tried to fix this after all these years. When you have disabled people like myself & many others, all we want is to shop safely and comfortably, something that is sorely lacking, in this particular Kroger especially. Using an assistive device makes the shopping experience at this particular Kroger even more of a nightmare... Be in a wheelchair, rollator walker, cane... And then don't try to add a car to the mix on top of that. Kroger doesn't seem to care.

The employees are always kind and nice. The store it's self is decent, but I keep looking for things I know Kroger carries. I always seem to have a problem finding everything I go shopping for, especially if it's on sale that week. Customer service is always good at Kroger though.
