At 7PM tonight, Reckless driver in yellow Corvette sped thru parking lot squelching tires right up to left front doors blocking entrance almost ran over my child and self. Said he was the owner. Parents watch your family he has no regard for anyone but his stupid car! Going to Meijer from now on! Website keeps changing location unable to make a formal complaint

Store is always great but I need a scooter cart to get my groceries and not just this Kroger but all the Kroger I shop at have terrible scooter carts. You never can finish shopping without your cart running out of power. It is terrible. It's been like this for the last two years. Meijer and Walmart have new carts or new batteries. Kroger does not seem to care.

Bob from the meat/seafood counter is so incredibly helpful. I asked his recommendations on seasoning salmon and he made me an oven bag that came pre seasoned with lemon and dill. He rocked it out. Super helpful super kinda and completely made my day.

Getting pretty sick of the whole digital coupon thing. Just went in the store and there was a giant sign that said "Blueberries $4.99". They looked good so I grabbed some. After checking out I looked at my receipt and saw they charged me $8.99. So I went to the customer service desk and asked why and they asked if I loaded the digital coupon. We could see the big sign from where we were standing and you could barely see some small text next to the price that said "with card and digital coupon". So I asked if they could refund me the difference and they said no. Pretty bad customer service plus I'm sick of this digital coupon scamming. Just charge me the right price for the product so you don't have dissatisfied customers like me leaving. Can't believe they are getting nearly double the money out of customers who miss a tiny note next to a sale sign.

The woman who works in the bakery is LAZY!!!! They get off turning people away. The only reason why I ordered from here is because my son wanted something that they specifically make. I will be sure to order elsewhere from here on out. I literally had to call around just to get somebody to write happy birthday on a cookie cake because they refuse to do it for me 24 hours in advance.

Service desk employees are very rude here, and non helpful. Also, for some reason they are convinced payroll checks cannot bounce. LOL. Hire better employees. Maybe people who are not lacking in social skills or education.

Bought some adult liquid refreshment. Kimberly in wine/ beer section is wonderful, helpful and very knowledgeable.

So don't go here if you want respect and especially not if you're a veteran or the widow of veteran. Aaron, at the unlimited check out, first of all he had to argue with me as to how many regular checkout lanes were open and there were only two and he said three and he was wrong. Next one of our items the lettuce was not scanning so he took it upon himself to rifle with no gloves on and no mask through all of our items all $200 worth, I'll nvr spend money here ever again. When we went to the manager he did nothing. Stated they were allowed to count the amount of items we had. I really find that violation of my space. And a health risk. I work givingthrough the US government to help their businesses and I'm going to look intothis place bc they certainly don't know the meaning of doing good business or having respect for their. We will not be back and I don't suggest anyone with a heart condition or older or who deserves respect go there in any way.

I’m reviewing Krogers decision to hire instacart, they don’t have a clue on what they are doing, always making mistakes, today they delivered my $174 order to the wrong house? It’s 2023 and I use this service on the regular, each one of my numbers address is larger then my hand, this job does not require much brain activity yet they drop the ball time after time. Instacart please try to hire smarter people, that can handle food Kroger- fire instacart because I’m shopping somewhere else, if Kroger is not smart enough to hire a efficient delivery company and is being cheap and pocketing all the money then I’ll up a mile and give them my money

Prefer Kroger over Meijer any day. Store is always clean, things stocked along with their produce actually looking presentable and edible.
