Horrible pharmacy. I switched doctors 3 months ago. Went to get my prescription a few days ago, just like last month when they had no problem filling it, and the pharmacist refused because I had an old script from 3 months ago with NO refills on it at a different pharmacy. She went on a power trip and called my current doctor, old doctor and old pharmacy and had my script cancelled. Now I have no medication and can’t afford another trip to my doctor, especially with the pandemic going on.  I was a pharmacy tech for 8 years. PMP is not something we use to see if someone has expired, months old prescriptions. It’s something we use to make sure people aren’t filling the same medication at multiple pharmacies within a certain time period.  This wasn’t even a pain medication, nor was it a narcotic. I won’t be back to this “pharmacy” again. Never had this problem anywhere else and god only knows what my doctor thinks now because the pharmacist here is a moron.

I had Kroger pharmacy for 4 years I just can’t handle the wait no more Last 4 time I had to wait on line for 30 m or more To pick up my ready Medicine  I think I need to switch over
