I arrived and there was no one at the drop off line. The pharmacist said "be with you in a moment" as she was busy doing something. No problem, but the huff was unnecessary. She asked how can I help you in what seemed to be 30 seconds. Ok cool. No problem here. But the rest of the conversation was just straight attitude. Like an attitude that I was inconveniencing her asking her questions. I am a very quiet respectful person, but it took a lot for me to hold in how I was feeling. I felt UNCOMFORTABLE. She said I should come back tmrw because it would be awhile. I hope I do not see this same person tmrw. I will be dropping Kroger for my medications and go somewhere else.

My Review about This Kroger Pharmacy.. people's are inside Pharmacy unprofessional and not friendly.  Medicine order or Refill always too much Delayed sometimes about 3 to 5 days need to wait for Refill... They not understand Emergency patients!!!!

SLOW. I called in my prescription 3 days ago. I literally a pack of birth control pills. You don’t have to count anything out. I waited in line for like 30 minutes because they were very slow. I get to the front and it’s not ready. They’re supposed to send a text whenever it’s ready and they never do. I also don’t understand why it’s not ready because it’s prepackaged and they said it did not have to be ordered. So annoyed. Glad I called it in 2 weeks before I need it because that’s probably when it will be ready.

I wish the option of 0 stars was on here staff is so rude. Not to mention when your prescription is ready your suppose to receive either a text or call to come pick up order NOPE! Not this location Aside from staff being RUDE and giving you disgusting attitudes. Take my advice go to another pharmacy if Kroger has the best prices go to ANOTHER KROGER Pharmacy. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Poor attitude from the staff. Seemed annoyed that they had to help me. To be fair they did process the prescription while I waited and relatively quickly. Just could improve the bedside manners.

My child was sick . I went to the pharmacy on October 1st,2018 Monday at 7,25 for refill the prescription but there was no refill . When I went home my house gave me a  prescription which she took my child to doctor,  immediately I came back to pharmacy it was 7.51 . I saw window locked. When i nock one female employee open then I gave her prescription. She got mad and said you have to pick up tomorrow. I have requested her that my 4 years old daughter sick please give me only  Albuterol. She refused me . Even didn’t say sorry. Then I went to Publix with that presentation . They nicely take care.

Thank you to everyone in the pharmacy for all that you do. I really appreciate it. Jesus Christ loves you and died on the cross for us!

They always close early!

Horrible customer service! They leave you waiting for hrs and just answer and say thank you for waiting and leave you waiting even more , they hang up on you and they are literally doing nothing but talking !

Great kroger to shop at ..they always have mark down specials and no waiting at self checkout usually ..they definitely need more help at the customer desk thats for sure ..
