The staff technicians are superb; extremely professional, competent, friendly and always comparing best prices for me. However, the 2 star rating stems from a staff pharmacist, Amy, who is aggressive in her approach to filling prescriptions. She has questioned my doctor's orders on more than one occasion which has caused delays in filling my prescription & forced me to unnecessarily make a return trip. Not a fan of her practice & how she goes about administering drugs!
Great pharmacy- quick, easy, and competent. Their pharmacist Amy in particular goes above and beyond to help patients and ensure the process is as easy on the patient side as possible. Incredibly thankful for her.
I have genuinely never met any meaner and rude pharmacists in my life. They are consistently late on prescriptions and get really rude with patients who want to pick up their RX the day it’s supposed to be filled. I’ve been on the receiving side of their behavior and I’ve seen this treatment towards several other people while standing in line. The pharmacists snap at patients and make us feel stupid for relying on the text system when their phone systems are faulty. Honestly go to another pharmacy or the Kroger on Lombardy because they’re much nicer when being communicative. Kroger either needs to hire more competent pharmacists or train them to have some sort of customer service, or PAY THEM MORE. Nothing is more unsettling than picking up my prescription drugs from someone with a bad attitude unwilling to help or answer questions. Why are these pharmacists so miserable?
Great pharmacy! Friendly staff, knowledgeable pharmacists who are always ready to answer questions, quick refills. I used to wait in line at CVS for 20 minutes every time I went. There is rarely a line at the Kroger pharmacy, and if there is it moves quickly. There have been a few times I've had side effects from medications and the pharmacists have been such a great resource. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!
This pharmacy is top notched. the pharmacist are always ready to help. Jess and Brandon are awesome. Brandon is exceptional and has helped me dealing with my insurance when I couldn’t reach them to cover my meds. I have been going through this pharmacy for longer than I could think of and all of my family are using this pharmacy too. Technicians are very hardworking and get my medications in less than an hour. I usually do my shopping after dropping the prescriptions off and get it done just before I leave. Overall highly recommended.
I had both my Covid booster and my flu shot today and Pharmacist Megan Watson was outstanding. Friendly, professional and helpful; offering advice as to possible side effects etc. She made me feel safe and well cared for.
The excellent staff at this pharmacy is the only reason I continue to shop at Kroger. The customer service is always outstanding, and every single person working there is friendly, helpful, and - most importantly - competent. The store's grocery staff could learn a lot from these guys.
Had some issues with them not accepting various forms of identification to receive scripts. My wife could pick up MY meds but they wouldn't accept my S.S. card, photo ID from work, birth certificate, passport AND proof of residency. Had no drivers license. DMV appointment 3 months out due to covid .
I would leave negative starts if possible. I get a weekly prescription here that I pickup on Saturday, that I will be very sick without. I called to see if it was ready on Saturday since I can’t pick it up early, and they told me they won’t have it until Tuesday and they can’t just transfer it, I have to find a doctor on call…. ON A SATURDAY!!!! They received the prescription on Friday and failed to notify me in time to get this taken care of. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT GO HERE BEFORE TOU END UP LIKE ME! Totally preventable. But, hey, what do they care? They’re not the ones who will have to suffer.
I am lucky I'm not dead at this point. This pharmacy has shorted me on antibiotics, tried to tell me I was wrong, then profusely apologized when they were proven wrong. Same thing with medications that keep me from having SEIZURES. The pharmacist will gaslight me over and over and then make his underlings apologize when I've proven they have done it again. I'd leave, but I can only move this prescription once, and I'm stuck here. AVOID. Edited 30 minutes later: once again, the pharmacist "Brandon H." admitted to being wrong. Why can't he learn from this and check the notes BEFORE telling a patient they're wrong?
