I switched to Kroger pharmacy 8 years ago from another popular pharmacy. I’ve always had great service and rarely have to wait too long at the window, saving me time and frustration!
Today at ten am I went to pick up a prescription that was called in yesterday....almost 24 hours ago... I have a baby and I had to come inside to pick it up. It was not ready.,which is not a problem. I was willing to wait but they would not fill it until 1 pm. The drive through was closed and there was not one person waiting. NOT ONE. I asked them if they could please fill it while I waited as I have a 4 month old and it is not easy to bring her into the store. I had the baby with me The answer was no. This is all fine except seriously there was not ONE customer AT ALL. I know they are backlogged. But I don't understand why they would not take care of the customers that are actually physically there.
Drive thru is closed all the time.
These folks were very helpful from start to finish, My first experience using kroger pharmacy and was a little skeptical, However once i entered the building, told them my name, gave them my insurance information and what i was there to pick up, I was done & walking out in under 10 minutes... That is so so dang nice,
We love Karen! A convenient location and service with a smile is what you can count on when working with these folks.
As many times that i call the staff r always polite and helpful to understand what i need to get my prescriptions
The app and website are great , staff is very friendly
