My doctor called in my prescription on Saturday but the pharmacy was closed. I called on Sunday at 10am and asked if my prescription would be ready for pick up soon. I was told 2 hours. Well 2 hours turned into 7 hours. This has happened a lot. On top of that why does the drive thru take so long. I waited for almost an hour in line with 4 cars in front of me. If your prescription is not ready move on and come back when it’s ready. I decided to leave the line and go inside. I was in and out in 15 minutes. You guys can do a better job!
Customer service issue.. long lines, drive thru backed up while others sit and wait for their prescription. I waited 45 minutes in a drive thru and had to leave and I know my prescription was ready yesterday!! Last week I was told to pull around and get back in line, which I politely did so others could get theirs Come on....a drive thru is for faster service because the prescription should be ready. If not, have the customer come back, call with questions or come inside. You cannot handle everything outside thru a window. You cannot please 1 customer while 5 others are waiting in line during your busiest times. I switched to Kroger because your competitiers were even worse. I always received great customer service and friendly staff.. Lots of staff .... You need more staffing..One person cannot handle it all! Come on Kroger ! I hope this is not going to be the new "norm" for your loyal customers !
These guys and gals work their butts off. No matter how long or short the line, they always push everyone through as quick and efficient as possible. Kudos Hernando Kroger Pharmacy!
They have always been a great place to get my prescriptions. I don't have insurance and they are also the least expensive in the area to get prescriptions. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and all around I feel they sincerely care about those that come there. I also got my covid vaccines here. I have a fear of needles. The pharmacist that gave me the shots found a way to help me through my phobia.
USED TO BE GREAT. Since mid-2021, prescriptions are consistently not ready even after calling ahead of time to confirm…and staff has become largely impatient & exasperated by questions. It’s really disappointing as this used to be a great place with great people.
Would have not given it the one star if that was possible. Waited 1 1/2 hours for my prescription to be filled. Employees kept saying, “one more minute,” but the minutes added up. I will change pharmacies. I go through frustration every time I come here.
My Dr. called in tamiflu and Advil to this pharmacy. These are 2 items that are already pre packaged and don’t have to be individually counted. When I get there to pick up my meds they tell me “45mins to an hour”. I asked them “even though my dr already called it in and for 2 pre packaged items?” The little girl behind the counter laughed in my face and said “yeah, 45mins to an hour”. They expected me to sit in Kroger with the flu for that long to receive already packaged meds even after my Dr called it in 45 mins earlier. So if you’ve been searching for a slow pharmacy with childish attitudes then look no further than your local Hernando Kroger. Never in my life have I been asked to wait that long for 2 simple meds and then get laughed at to top it all off. I won’t be going back. I’ll be finding a new pharmacy.
Poor customer service 9 out of 10 times from the pharmacy staff
I get ALL my meds there but 1 of them they tell me they have the paat 2 months iget there and they are waiting on a truck that NEVER comes! that medication saves my life they know that! I will find another SMALL pharmacy they seem to take better care of you!
Worst customer service at any store in Desoto County.
