Just hung up the phone after it ringing for 20 minutes trying to reach someone. This WHOLE pharmacy needs revamped. Way too much volume in this pharmacy for the amount of employees they have. They can never keep up. Doesn't matter what time of day you go, drive thru, or inside. Be prepared to wait in line. Prescriptions will be called in a day or 2 in advance, yet still haven't been filled when I try to pick up, even though the automated service tells you a time they should be ready by. Pic of the line at 6:47pm on a Thursday night. Kroger corporate, this needs to be addressed! You are losing customers daily!
Went to pick up my dads prescription after surgery and there were 8 employees behind the desk but only one lady running the register driver thru stated it was closed only to find out it wasn’t speaking with several women they informed me it was always like this.
It doesn't take three days to count 30 pills. Who is running this place - the pharmacist or the lazy teenagers at the register? Apparently the teenagers.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at the Kroger pharmacy in Dickson. I was told my prescription would be ready by 4:30. It was called in 24 hours prior. Pulled up to the drive-through at 6 the following day. Alexis told me she put it in for 7. I parked and went in and was helped by this unprofessional lady named Amanda. She proceeded to tell me that people are given the wrong times everyday. She went onto say I could apply or have friends apply if I wanted my prescription sooner. Way to go Amanda. That was excellent customer service. Kroger you have officially lost my families business. Kids don't be like Amanda.
They're running some kind of insurance scam. I pick up my prescription, they charge my insurance, but then refund it the next day, charge them again instantly, refund it again after about a week and charge it one last time making my "pickup date" a week later than I actually picked it up which in return makes me go a week without my meds. Every month. Its dangerous and irresponsible. Not to mention how rude the staff is. I just sat on hold for an hour and a half, drove down there while on hold just to see NOBODY doing ANYTHING. Not a single person on Krogers phone, several on their personal phones though. And they want to tell me it'll be 4 hours before my stuff is ready. DO YOUR JOB
If I could have given a negative I would. They are rude and don’t answer the phone or they hung up. I transferred my prescription to the Kroger pharmacy in Bellevue. They were nice and helpful. I would rather drive extra and get food customer service than to deal with the rude people at the Dickson pharmacy.
This is the most inept pharmacy I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They lose prescriptions, are consistently rude, and extremely slow to fill prescriptions-and that’s when you can get them to answer the phone at all! I’ve spent the past two days trying to transfer our family scripts to a new pharmacy and they’ve even managed to make that impossible. CVS is friendly and efficient. Send your Rxs there.
They are rude to customers. They let the phone ring for 30 to 45 minutes and still do not answer. This is not acceptable or it should not be..when people are sick they need their medicine in a timely manner not 4 or 5 hrs or not until the next day . If they need help then they need to hire people that care about their job and not just young kids that Don't care and just rude and want a pay check.. I have been with this pharmacy for years and it truly has gone doe hill. Nonsense...
This location has one of the longest wait times of any pharmacy. I have waited in line in the drive thru with no one in front of me in the second lane for over 30 minutes just to pick up my prescription that has been ready for days. Not like they had to fill it right then. Very chaotic. I will be transferring to a different pharmacy.
THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY'RE DOING AND THEY ARE SO RUDE!!!
