Always busy. Most of the time you have to wait in a long line. I usually use the outside window but it's seldom open anymore. But help is so hard to find now I try to have patience. Most other places are having the same problems. I still like Kroger Pharmacy. I haven't had any problems and their prices are reasonable. Especially if you use Good RX. I'm on Social security and it helps alot.
People sitting around not helping the girl up front while a line was in place. As well as I have been told 3 different reasons 3 different times why my prescription was not ready after speaking with the Dr. Unprofessional!! And a lack of motivation!!!!!
This pharmacy used to be awesome, you would have something turned in and two-three hours later you would have it. Now it’s take 24+ hours and it’s not for lack of product it’s because the staff just doesn’t care anymore. I was promised at 4pm my meds would be done by close, come back around 530 and told that it would be tomorrow, came back next day and still not ready. Had to request lead tech to get someone to get my meds in. Now here we go again same dang thing. My dr called in the prescription at 830, it’s now 1030 and they are claiming they did not get anything from my dr when he called in front of me informing them he was sending it over and that this medicine needed to be done asap due to my condition. Here we are two hours later and my dr is having to request for a second time. This will be my last time using the pharmacy, I’ve already stopped using them for my groceries now I will just stop all together.
Looked on the website to see hours. They said they closed at 6pm on Sunday. When we got there around 5:30 they had already closed. It would be nice if you changed your hours that you would say something on the website. So ,someone wouldn’t drive into town to pickup our prescription and end up empty handed.
This is probably the worst Kroger pharmacy I've ever dealt with. The staff is rude. They never have any insulin in stock. They have lied to me about transferring my prescriptions. Been waiting for 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone for refills. They always have super long lines and no sense of urgency. Avoid at all costs!!
Rude and unhelpful. I had one refill left on my prescription and called it in three weeks before it expired. I visited the pharmacy three different times and was told they didn’t have it and would order it. On my last visit I was told my prescription had expired and they would not fill it. Yes, by that time it had expired, but only because it took them so long to fill it in the first place.
Stay away from this pharmacy. The older techs are rude and condescending. Furthermore, The most recent change in pharmacist leaves much to be desired. He questions my doctors decisions and I suspect his claims of medication shortages are false. Kroger pharmacy, you've made me suffer enough. Moving to Publix
Would not let my husband buy insulin needles here even though he had his prescription with him. Because he had bought the 400$ insulin at another pharmacy. Total jack holes. That's OK we will go to walmart-you can keep the groceries that we had in the buggy and any future groceries and gas. Bite a big weenie
Usually pretty happy with them Stopped in at 530 PM Saturday to get meds filled. I usually get a text when they are ready. Not this time. Walked around the store for an HR and a half waiting for the text. Nothing. Walked up to pharmacy to check on it at 7:05, closed. So Now I gotta wait until Wednesday to get my meds. Thanks for that. Update: Its now 815 PM, and I just got a text that my prescriptions are ready to pick up. Awesome.YOU CLOSED OVER AN HOUR AGO! Time to switch to Walgreens.
Staff is SO RUDE. They are slow and don't seem to really care how long the line is. Medication called in two days before still not ready when picking up. I think they need a new staff and pharmacist!
