Peaceful place away from the hectic. Shade trees, beautiful green fields, restroom facility... Really nice place to decompress and enjoy nature. Several Apple trees here really seem to need someone to utilize the fruits!
Has lots of space. Well maintained. Bathroom from 6:00 am until 10:30 PM. Playground: Nice size Restrooms: Cleaned daily Dog-friendliness: Leash law would be nice Picnic area: Needs more shelters
This place is amazing! They grow food outside organically. Food is awesome and service was the best!
Nice park. But access difficult. Very small parking lot.
I like this park. My kiddos have their soccer practice and games here. The only park I don't dig is the lack of shade.
Beautiful open area, good sunrises & sunsets.
Great pond to bass fish. People are always leaving trash. Please people if you go here to fish... Please take your trash with you. I'm tired of picking up after everyone else. It's not that hard to leave with what you brought.
This park is a nice addition to Loveland. It has several fields for soccer and a small baseball field as well or perhaps kickball?, so it's got a lot of room to run around in. You are allowed to have your dogs off their leash while on the field, but that's where the issue lies here. There is one pole at the entrance to this park that has bags to clean up the mess from your dog, which is nice, but it's far from any of the larger areas of the park, so getting to it in a timely manner is a no-go. If they had a few more poles with clean up bags, it would be 5 stars, but this one issue keeps it from getting there. If this ever changes in the future, you can expect this to change!
Other than when there are sports practices or games at this park, its generally not very busy. But that could be because the playground is not very big or super entertaining. Nice large grassy field areas though!
Super quiet. Bathrooms are usually clean & unlocked during park hours. Playground is updated & not broken. The pavilion is clean but usually reserved. Plenty of trash cans, feel free to use them. Nice view of the lake. The other entrance off of Garfield has a big open field - you're not supposed to BUT you can let your pup off leash & run around. Sometimes there's sporting practice on the field. A couple of the trees are hammock friendly. Really, overall an awesome hidden little gem of a park.
