It’s my favorite makeup brand but the service there so bad because I spent $150 on makeup two days ago and today I went there I want too change something because I took it for my friend and she didn’t like it and I’m not going to use it and so they told me that they cannot returns or change !!! It was really bad to hear that because I didn’t use the item and i told them you can check it and I don’t want my money back but at least let me take something I can use it but they say no . I’m really so upset And I will never buy from them again
I went to Kryolan today to pick up liquid latex. Only store opened on Saturdays to find high quality liquid latex. Will definitely be returning to purchase more items. Customer Service was outstanding, didn't catch the gentleman's name, but he was very professional and friendly. I visited there on February 27 2021 around 1:00. I just want someone to know how great he was so he can be recognized by his employer.
OMG worst customer service ever. Went to the store today and was told that only one person can be allowed to go In at a time and because my friend who was the one who wanted to buy products from the store didn’t speak English, he was not allowed by the store attendant to go in the store to browse and was told that he had to be served in front of the door only. Once we told him what my friend was looking for he wrapped the product without even showing what we were getting and caught an attitude because we asked him to show us the product to make sure we were getting what we asked for. I understand we are still in a pandemic and we have to take precautions but customer service should never lack specially when we are paying for the products and could have gone else where to buy them. My friend wanted to buy more things but didn’t because the way he felt by the attitude of the attendant.
great place for anyone who's in the performing arts. all possible make up available for any stage, show or TV performance. I've been using Kryolan brand for over 15 years now and it never let me down, top quality. staff is super friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. Workshops are also offered for make up artists on any level. check it out, you'll be impressed!!
Highly recommended for the professional and everyday person! I wanted to learn how to apply make-up my style was from 20 years ago ... and to understand what works with my sensitive skin. I took the 3 hours one-on-one with a caring and professional staff member, Christina. I learned so much! what also amazing is that the fee of education is in buying products. You can't beat that! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn good! make-up techniques for a night out, professional gathering like a conference and much more. They have a line for everyday use that my sensitive skin didn't react to it at all. Thank you, Christina!!! My husband loved my new look ;
Professional makeup supplies of the highest quality for artists and performers, but there's plenty here for the garden variety makeup lover, if you know what to ask for. Colorful powders and glitters make attractive displays in the front of the clean white salon-like space, but the real workhorses, professional quality foundations, concealers, powders, and skin prep can be found neatly arrayed on shelves in their utilitarian blue and silver cases. You'll also find SFX makeup like fake blood, spirit gum, and liquid latex. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable young makeup artists, not commission driven sales people. If you work with makeup professionally or want to learn more about professional makeup products, Kryolan is a required pilgrimage.
I went into the store to be color-matched for the TV Paint Stick and Alaina was so helpful with helping me find the right products. She was also super fun and made the whole experience enjoyable!
sadly, I’m very disappointed. First off, they do not have nor planning on getting the Perfect body foundation. Why? « The body camouflage is very similar ». So we proceed and try a few tones of the body camouflage. Nothing really suits my skin color range is way too limited, the finish is cakey and fake « just put moisturizer under it and it will work fine » but I end up buying it, since I made a long trip here, with high hopes given the rest of the reviews, and because I truly wanted to like the brand. Needless to say, I’ll never use the product. Not a good experience.
I adore this place! The products, the help from the employees, the location. I always leave very happy with my high quality finds. Shout out to Lola for being so helpful, and contagiously cheerful! FIVE STARS!
Had a great experience at the store ! Was looking for certain products because they were sold out at IMATS ! The staff was so helpful! We tried all different foundations until we found the best one ! Great costumer service and amazing knowledge on the products ! Definitely recommend !!
