I help people heal from traumatic experiences so they can reconnect to themselves and others again. I give people a human space where they can be heard, respected and receive evidence-based trauma therapy.
I believe that every person has a place inside themselves that knows what they need. Each person has untapped intuition and knowledge locked away. My job is to help you find it.
I know I've done my job right, when my clients launch into the world with a new sense of self. Each of them having discovered themselves (not me!)
I'm not here to create robots who do what "their therapist says". My goal is to foster your personal health and growth, until you can take over from there!
