Waited close to 10 min. Half of our burgers were cold. Felt like meat came out of the fridge. Tried to go inside to have them swapped out but doors were locked at 8pm. Went back through the window. The girl at the register was very nice and helpful but the guy at the grill seemed to behaving a meltdown. The burgers were warm but missing mustard. Fries taste like stale apple pie but they were hot.
I stopped by for the very first time in a few years of driving by it. I told my kid we'd give it a try. The only two guys working there were outside smoking I only ordered 4 sliders plain with fries. The preparer went inside and didn't even wash his hands nor put on gloves. I paid for my order and already knew I was not gonna eat it. I was given my bag I opened it and the sliders had old cooked onions on them when I said plain, and the meat was like a ultra thin slice of something that did not look like meet. The fries were old and stale. I wouldn't even give that to my dogs. I threw it all away and it's the worst 13 dollars I've spent in my life. That place needs new everything.
We’re from out of town and stopped by. We’re use to seven and change for a pick five, so I’m not entirely sure how our bill came to $24 for two of them- we never received a receipt. Your cashier was friendly; although, he did seem a bit overwhelmed. There was no tea at all, so we settled for a water and a diet Coke. Our burgers were made correctly and were good. At no fault of the restaurant we’re not a fans of the fries.
Walked in, and the place was empty, but it still took quite a bit for anyone to even address us, let alone take our order. It seemed like it was an annoyance that we were there. The order was given to us correctly in a timely manner. Everything tasted good as well. Overall, not the worst experience, but service needs to be improved significantly.
I love Krystal burgers, who doesn’t?! I was excited to receive my order, until I watched the girl take her gloves off and stick my burgers in the bag. After removing the gloves, her sweaty fingers touched every burger in the order. When she handed me the bag, I asked “why did you remove your gloves? You were doing so good. I would like a refund, I can’t eat that now.” I handed her my credit card and she scratched me with her fake nails. Slammed the window and I watched as she and the manager talked behind closed glass. She got angry and surly from that point on. She took my request for a refund personally and became rude and belligerent. I asked for my receipt back and she rudely asked “Why?” My reply was “because it’s mine.” She did not want to give it to me. I waited for the manager to finish the refund and the girl kept saying “Bye! Leave.” I was like “I’m waiting for the refund receipt, and I’m not leaving until I get it.” She closed the window as I was speaking, rolled her eyes, and stammered off. Very immature. You need to do a better job of explaining safe food handling practices with your staff. I know it’s hard to find good employees, but they must understand safe food handling is the most basic requirement of running a restaurant. In addition, if a patron politely asks for a refund, the food server shouldn’t take it personally. If they cannot handle the job they need to find a new one.
This place needs new management, I went their July 16, 2021 for their breakfast because the last time the food and service was great and my food was all in a big container with a great portion size. I went to the drive through the speaker barely works and the employee was yelling and talking fast so I yelled right back at her my order, she is a Hispanic older women. It took more than 7 minutes for her to open the window and take my money, I told her about the drive through speaker not working well and her attitude was not right for fast food she ignored me. She gave me my food that looks like a kid breakfast menu. The grits was running, the eggs was thin and small portion, the sausage looks a mess and she forgot to give me my toast and had a attitude again when I told her!
We know not to expect alot from fast food chains.....but this particular location stands out from the rest, in a negative way. Absolute trash service. There were 3 cars in the drive through, and we still sat, waiting, for almost 10 minutes. I do not know how long we sat before I started counting....but a ten minute wait for food that is mediocre at best.....that's not a good look on an already failing franchise.
Can’t run a restaurant if you can’t keep the doors open and staff the establishment. I grew up on crystals and now it just seems like that is the managers cannot manage the restaurant or the people do not want to work there because I just left this restaurant and the manager is sitting outside telling everybody that her cook quit, and that they are closed, I thought in order to manage the restaurant you had to know how to do all functions that require you to operate
Ordered online. Sackful was ordered with six 6 cheese krystals ordered one way no pickles, no onion, no mustard; ketchup and mayo only; the other six 6 cheese krystals as the way they are normally prepared. We received twelve 12 cheese krystals with ketchup, mayo and onion; Major fail!!!! Ordered two 2 strawberry shakes, received one 1; Another Fail!!! Ordered a Roadie Strawberry Tea, received a Roadie Sprite.. Another MAJOR FAIL!!! Better yet, you cannot phone the store and receive a live person.. it is a message and when message is done, it hangs up on you. We WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!
